its a solid stainless steel knifei am using different made but similar shape of this this knife for years n still working as day one.its not made of layers of steel,what u see in photos is just pattern but its a good choice for utility knife.it worth the money 👍

I had wanted a knife like this for a while, I find the larger knives uncomfortable to hold. This knife arrived ahead of schedule and it's lovely to hold and super sharp. It cuts through potatoes no problem. I haven't tried much else yet but so far am very pleased

This is a really great knife. 🔪Some of my older knives are worn on the handle so they have seen better days and this is the perfect replacement for one of them.It comes well packaged for safety - and ID was taken on delivery so it was only able to be given to someone over 21.🙂The handle is smooth and comfortable to hold which makes cutting easy.It slices through vegetables really well and is a great addition to your kitchen drawer.Overall 5 stars, I would definitely recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing little knife, very sharp and quick to slice. The quality is professional. It's also durable and sturdy and definitely reassuring that it comes with 10 years warranty. We have been using it for peeling potatoes or slicing fruit and veggies like lemons, limes, apples, nectarines etc. It is extremely quick and you have to be careful as it's the sharpest small knife I've ever tried.

Just like most of these reviews they ask you to comment too soon after receiving the product. Only had the knife a week or so and used it twice therefore hardly qualified to give a fair assessment. Ask me again in a year Amazon.
