Love the faucet and its smooth operation. Installation was more of a challenge. I needed to purchase a 3/8” tube push connector for the M11 faucet pipe and provide a larger bottom seat as the existing cutouts were larger than expected by the faucet hardware. But once in it was a huge upgrade from the provided filtered water system faucet.

Great appearance matches our new faucets instead of the generic modernistic faucet which came with our new APEC R/O system. Works great and works with our R/O system. No gurgling at night near the bedroom though there is no water back-up protection (needed in kitchen sink disposal systems). Faucet upgrade is very l reasonably priced compared to similar-appearing models with back-up protection valve (which we do not need in this installation). We love our APEC R/O system and also have one at the other end of the house in the kitchen. You can’t beat the price, quality and ease of installation!

It took me 6 months to get around to the water filter on my to-do list. After checking as some of the big-box retailers, I decided to order the faucet on-line. This model looked like a good match to the current set. Only has 1 line in for an in-line filter (not for osmosis filters...) Product arrived in reasonable timeframe, but when I went to install it the epoxy at the base where the threaded pipe goes into the bottom was cracked and it leaked. (always leak check before you close the cupboard doors.) Rather than send it back, I pulled out the trusty JB water weld and a file and repaired it myself. Now working great - no leaks, no regrets (but I probably voided the warranty.)

Base is MUCH SMALLER than expected. Had to use a rather large fender washer under the sink to ensure it would hold correctly. You only need around a 1"OD hole in the sink. Definitely not the standard 1.5" hole.

After over 15 years, the drinking spout failed. This most resembles the one we had so ordered. Quality seems good and the finish was a perfect match to the old one and the faucet. The problem was trying to get the old one out. It was in the back left corner outside of a deep farm style sink. There was not enough room in the confines of the cabinet and location to get the old one out with the tools I had. Ended up paying a plumber to do the work and he struggled for 2 hours, eventually getting enough space to cut the old one and remove. New one went in relatively easy. Plumber speculates this was installed prior to the sink going in. I bought a new soap dispenser to match this one as the old one was dingy after the same 15 years.

Water filter faucets are a strange market - it is largely divided into 2 categories - 1) the sub $100 no name brands and those that comes with the water filter. In summary they all pretty much very low quality and goes bad in a few years with leaks, rust, and questionable materials - you name it. 2) the $400+ name brand ones from kohler moen etc.. that's good quality similar to the kitchen faucets...but who wants to pay this much for a little water filter faucet. In comes kingston brass - a well known brand for brass, and their water filter faucet is not exception - very well built, high quality and at a fraction of the cost - almost too good to be true. Trust me if you want to buy a water filter faucet, this is the best you can do, unless you want to waste 10x more for a name brand. I have looked everywhere, there is no other option. Dont even bother trying to get the filter faucet that comes with those expensive water filters, they all oem junk. Thank you kingston brass for making this product and fill a gap in this market. My only complain is the instruction manual could use more detail instead of a simple black white photo, i had to watch a youtube video to figure out how to install it - the installation itself is easy once you understand it.

This faucet leaked from the bottom and ruined my cabinet, Kingston will not even replace it even though it is under warranty. They sent me a cartridge I paid a plumber $50.00 to tell me the faucet is bad. and now I will have to file an insurance claim or pay to have the cabinet replaced

Worked as advertised and matches my faucets well. Good value for the money and a good addition to my sink.
