Loved most of it
I experienced flavors I haven't had in a while and some new ones. There's a large assortment of flavors. My friend got this for me and I think the price could be a little lower. It came in this funny sumo wrestler bag and they all look fresh off the packing floor. I had quite a bit of fun trying them all, but there was one I couldn't eat because it tasted like actual fish food.

THE PHOTO DOES NOT MATCH CONTENTS OF PACKAGE AT ALL BEWARE
My s/o has traveled to most asiatic countries already so I ordered plentyof variety boxes for him since he wants to go back to all of them again (covid pending) this year. These are sample sized candies/treats and I gave him this package as an *advent* calendar before the holidays. It's perfect for my own intentions and honestly if you havent experienced the flavors or candies before it should be enough. Not too many americans would be stoked on wasabi nori (we do love it tho lol!) So just a little bit like this package offers will go a long way. Is it over priced? Maybe? But it was shipped domestically so at one point even these small packaged had to be imported so it seems pretty fair. The theme of xmas was for me to get him reminders of his past travels, his passport holder, his luggage and small things like this from the places he wants to revisit with his friends. So was this the perfect stocking stuffer/advent calendar for him? Hell yeah.I just think it would be fair to represent it as small samplers rather than larger packages in the advertising. Still to import the candies it's expensive for the seller so the price is fair enough with shipping to your door. It's fun to try but i wouldnt buy this for a picky eater or someone afraid of Umami *that salty, mouth watering, delicious, wonderful craving*I encourage tastes from around the world because here in the USA it's actually quite bland.Buy this if you've got an open pallet towards the sweeter side and enjoy the surprise!((Use caution if you have allergies like I do))

liked it so much bought again
it has a lot of treats with a great variety. All are small, some are really small, (like lifesaver small) but for the quantity of the treats and the price I think it should be expected I purchased it and used it for the kids' advent calendars. My husband was jealous so I bought it again (used it in his stocking). He loved it. Even shared them with me. Most items were just a couple bites of treat, but it was so fun to try all the different things. Only down side is my husband wants some of the treats in bigger quantities and can't find them.

Lovely snacks! Takes my right back to Japan! And a good price for how many you get! I do recommend nothing was broken, and they have lots of variety!

It was okay. I wouldn’t order again though.
1) I bought 4 of them as part of the Christmas presents for the kids. I placed an order way in advance thinking that there may be shipping delays due to labor shortages and busier season. It said the deliver date to be 12/23 for the longest time but I got the notification stating it won’t be delivers until after the new year on 12/23, so I wasn’t able to include them as presents. That was disappointing.2) I am Japanese so I grew up with what’s included. I like them. Kids seemed to enjoyed them a lot. They are overpriced though. I was okay when I placed an order but if they had communicated with me on delivery time more accurately in timely manner, I wouldn’t have bought them as you can find them cheaper.3) Lastly, the snacks don’t come in a box as shown in the picture. I had them printed so at least the kids could see what was coming during Christmas. They actually came in a very small white plastic bag. I get what’s inside is the fun part but it definitely gave the impression of “this is it..?” when first received them.
