Better than therapy - read this book!
This book is really amazing at helping you understand what's going on with your anxiety, whatever form it presents itself to you. It also helps you realize there's nothing really wrong with you and that your brain is just overprotective in certain areas of your life. Once you start to come to grips with that there are tips and techniques in the book which help you navigate through Anxiety issues and overcome them. All this from two people who have actually been through it themselves, which adds some significant weight in my opinion. As a fellow Manchester lad who now lives in Los Angeles, I found it very relatable and extremely useful. Cheers lads! M

Breakthrough
Not too many people like to talk about their own struggles with mental health, let alone write books. In this book both authors come to let us all understand how easily we can fall into the depths of anxiety but also, how amazing life can be again if we work at getting better. It motivated me to get better. Read it few times already.Thankyou Joshua and Dean.

Fantastisch!
Das Buch hat mir ehrlich geholfen! Es hilft, erst einmal zu verstehen, wie genau diese Angstgefühle überhaupt entstehen und wie sie sich äußern. Dann lernt man, wie man Stück für Stück besser damit umgehen kann. Zwar kann das Buch keine Therapie ersetzen, jedoch ist es die nächstbeste Hilfe, wenn eine Therapie aus verschiedenen Gründen gerade nicht möglich ist.

Excellent tool for coping with anxiety
This book helps you understand anxiety and also to overcome it. It is written in a very simple to understand manner. The coping mechanisms provided in the book are very genuine, powerful and help you on your way to recovery. A must buy if you or anyone in your family deals with anxiety.

Very Helpful and Comforting
I suffer from the symptoms of generalised anxiety disorder, and I found this book extremely insightful and comforting. I must emphasise that this is a MUST- HAVE book for anyone with an anxiety disorder.Another issue I have is intrusive thoughts, and although I have purchased another book more focused on them, I will constantly be using this book and my other book to help me towards my mental health recovery.The other reviewers mean what they are saying: I have implemented the strategies outlined in this book into my response to my anxiety, and it has made it feel much more manageable. The book reassures you: it has a way of conveying that anxiety isn't all that bad (at all :) ), and that you WILL recover from it.I simply HAD TO write this review, to add to the numerous others from people who have too been affected so positively by this book. Thank you very much Josh and Dean. You have made my life a a lot easier and made me feel more positive and calm about the problems I'm facing.
