What every mamma and person with back pain need
Alright so to clear this up, this is not just for pregnant people, it’s also for people who struggle with back pain. Anyways, I was a pregnant lady once and I am glad it’s over now. Naturally and not on my last trimester my baby bump was already downward and because of that it always felt like I was being pulled down by something. This caused me a lot of back pain and it was so hard for me to do the simplest task because of how heavy and downward my belly was. I had no idea these things existed and went about me days struggling and living in pain and discomfort. One day my sister showed me this product here on Amazon and told me to give it a try, and I am so glad I did. I ordered this and was skeptical because I was worried that it might be dangerous for the baby since it goes around your belly. It was my first pregnancy so don’t judge me lol. Anyways I tried and omg the relive I got was unbelievable. I felt like someon has lifted my belly for me and my back was so relaxed because of the belt pressing on it. I literally took a deep breath and felt like myself again. I was lighter and not in pain anymore. It was like magic literally. I was so mad that I didn’t know about this product earlier. I wore it everyday almost 24/7 because it was the best thing ever. After birth I wore it for like month and then told mom to try it because she struggles with chronic lower back pain. She only wore the big pieces not the small one and she loved it and was so obsessed I ended up giving it her because I no longer needed it. She still use it to this day. So if you are someone with back pain or just pregnant I will tell you to get this 100%. It will be the best thing you can do for your self to relief your pain.

Just get it.
This product really does work. I was very hesitant to buy a belly belt because I wasn’t sure how helpful it would actually be. If you are like me. Just buy the dang thing. I went to Target and Walmart looking for one and they were all about $40. I didn’t want to make the investment for something I didn’t think I would use. So I kept waddling around for an extra couple weeks. I work 11hours, and I probably spend half the time on my feet so by the end of the day my back and belly were pretty sore. Well the first time I put it on at work I stopped waddling and I was walking around a lot faster than I had in a couple weeks. Now this is not a miracle product but it does give you support and it relieves the strain you put on your back and pelvis. I am still a little sore at the end of the day, but I work on my feet for a lot of hours. I definitely will not spend a day at work without it. Highly recommended. And at the time of my purchase I paid $16. Beats target and Walmart.

Also great for C-section recovery
I was worried about buying this because of all the reviews talking about how the Velcro gives out, but that hasn't been the case for me. I bought this belt when I was 20 weeks pregnant for back support and I am still using it now, post partum, for belly support after having a C-section. (My OB GYN flat out recommended that I wear this band, rather than the one that the hospital provided.) Granted, during pregnancy, I did not wear this band every day; I wore it when I had to lift anything heavy or when my back was hurting. Post C-section, I am wearing it all day, every day, so I will update my post later if I notice any issues with the Velcro. My only complaint is that this belt is itchy against bare skin. I highly suggest wearing a thin layer underneath it.P.S. I don't bother with the top strap. I just don't think it really adds anything.

Helps with Pregnancy Pain
I bought this because at 3 months pregnant I was struggling going on even short walks without experiencing acute pain on both sides of my hips, even though I was barely showing... the extra weight and stretching of ligaments was just too much. I'm normally an avid runner but have switched to the gym and the elliptical to minimize the impact and bouncing. The change to the elliptical plus this belt have been a huge change for me. Before the belt, I was doing cardio for 20-30 minutes and then I would be in a lot of pain. Now I can go 30-45 minutes with sometimes no pain at all. I will say, though that it hasn't eliminated 100% of the pain, but I can confidently blame some of that on gas pockets and other painful pregnancy things. Overall, working out is the only thing that prevents me from being exhausted all the time and this belt allowed me to start doing so again. Its not that expensive and its just worth it.

It didn't work for me
I really wanted to like this belt. It was easy to put on by myself and was very adjustable. The quality seemed very good. I thought I was going to like how high it went up the back but I did not. Unlike other belts it was not convenient to were underneath my shirt. The back went up too high on my maternity leggings and was super itchy. Over my shirt was fine but I didn't want to go to work like that. The other problem was that my sciatica did not like this belt. Instead of helping it felt like a pinching sensation that made the sciatica worse. I had a preexisting history of sciatica so maybe if yours is new to your pregnancy it will help or maybe it was just the way I am built that made it uncomfortable for me.

Great, multiple uses, highly recommend for anyone with, lower back issues pregnant or not.
I bought this item for the carrier of my goddaughter. She recently had a surgery where pins and rods where inserted in her spine. She is about 20months post op and 25 weeks pregnant. I had this item shipped to her and it relieved all of her back issues CAUSED my pregnancy and her underling issues. She wears it 18 hrs a day and actually hated taking it off at night. I highly recommend this item. I am a mother of 4 all via c-section, and had over 10 spinal taps and I use this when ever the sciatica kicks in from all of my epidurals. And I'm not pregnant. I bought a meium. just to use for my back pain, since she loved it so much. And its amazing almost mid waist trainer style without pain.
