My husband is obsessed with the show Moonshiners. He decided that he wants to make his own "hooch". He is loving it! He and his friends choose different flavors and work on them almost daily.

The product was a great buy, it hasn't given me any problems.

The pot itself is good, but the condenser coils and pot is too small. It’s very hard to keep the coils cool in such a small pot especially the way it’s set up. I would highly suggest transferring the coils and valves into a bigger pot for easier cooling. If possible adding another foot of copper would help as well.

The instructions it came with were extremely limited, and not helpful I had to go online and find a second party video showing how to assemble. Also, the thumper lid leaks and cannot be sealed rendering. The thumper useless.

I have a passion for self reliance. So making my own distilled products has been on my radar for a while. Bought this after a lot of research on my skill level, price and functionality. The first batch I made was decent. Noticed a few flaws in the pot and lid. After cleaning and starting a new mash I noticed the silicone seal had wear. Thought nothing of it till I didn’t notice the cheap one was valve wasn’t burping. Upon distilling, quite an expensive mash, the seal was not working at all! All my precious art just steaming away in to the air. Just like most Amazon products it’s a waste of money. Not sure they sell anything that is of quality. It’s sad… Should have bought American 😕

Came smaller than 5 gallon 3 gallon and can't do what I needed to do and also dented, I just agree Im at a lost
