Golden Technologies Chairs & Scooters are the best on the market. My family has had at least 5 chairs & 2 or 3 scooters. Replacement parts were always a call away. Very friendly and helpful customer service! Looking for another chair for myself now & I know it’ll be a Golden!

Do not buy an expensive Golden lift recliner if you need it to work right away. We purchased one brand-new (shipped straight from Golden) last week, it didn't work at all, and Golden has been completely unapologetic and slow to make things right. They initially sent the wrong replacement handset and then shipped us the correct one via a slow method (still waiting for it) just to save a few bucks - and all the while, a family member hasn't been able to use the chair for the needed physical reasons. So it's been a week now and we still don't know if the chair will function, plus there are no refunds (only replacement parts sent at their leisure) once you open the box. Buyer beware - you may get lucky or you may not, like us.
