You could transport soup in this. I'm serious.This is for a good sized entree, or two smaller meals (left-overs)The silicone cover helps to protect the glass. Also protects your fingertips when you remove it from the microwave at work (that seems to be a class - B nuclear weapon!)Super easy to clean because it's glass, and the mesh goes on and off easily, to clean extra thorough. Even the silicone ring inside the lid is easy to remove and replace, to clean under that as well.All around a solid purchase. Might cost more than some others, but well worth it. Will last for years and years.

Not only does this look great, it keeps my salads fresh longer. I have four of these and make my lunches in them for the week. One week I wasn’t able to get through them all due to changes in my lunch plans that week. I opened up the bowl (which seemed to be air tight as it was even a bit hard to break the seal) the next week to clean it out, fully expecting to have to throw the salad out, and it was still as fresh as if I’d just made it a couple of days before!

I have been switching all of my food storage to glass to keep from consuming chemicals. This bowl is a perfect size for taking a salad for lunch. I love the protective shield. It washes great in the dishwasher too.

I love this for my take to work salads, but it arrived with one of the snap tabs broken. Too much of a hassle to return it so I'm just careful when I take it to work and don't use it for anything that will leak.

I use this as something to mix together salads and it's so useful! Great quality and good for so many things. Does not leak!

I home cook food for my 14 yr old pup and needed a glass dish to store it in in the frig. The plastic containers leak smells on his food and then he wont eat it - can't say I blame him though!This is the perfect size glass dish, it's lightweight, and it seals so his food stays fresh longer. (Who wants stale yucky plastic chicken or turkey, right?) Plus it's very pretty! The only thing is, if I dont let the food cool completely before sealing it, it will form a vacuum and is hard to open later. But the solution is simple - just let it cool before sealing. I will probably be buying more of these for other uses very soon. Get you One!

The weight and sizes of the product are great, and the rubber bottom functions well and the top seals nicely.

Great container! The perfect size for a large salad or for baking a dip in. I love that it's dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe. Great to eat out of and may possibly be the perfect container. Love love love it!

I was very unhappy broken when opened at xmas I have tried contacting customer never replied I reordered but had to pay for it a 2nd time very dissatisfied customer
