You get quite a lot of pieces in the tub, and they're quite pretty. They are definitely two sided, one side clearly being the inside of the shell and the other shaved down to make it smooth. They're not perfectly square, level, or uniform in anyway, and I think that adds to the charm. I used them as a border to an assemblage and they looks really nice! I had to break and sand a few of them to fit, but that wasn't difficult by any means. All in all, great find! It's exactly when it says it is :)

They are very pretty, I love the size.

We restore furniture. A 1930's bedroom set we were doing was missing many of the mother of pearl insets for the wooden knobs. These were the perfect size, shape & color.

I guess I just thought there would be more to the container or something. Not wag at I was expecting and because of the price I will have to charge more than normal for them.

I have a 6 ft. vanity, and can't find a light for a reasonable price. I decided to make one; I forgot to take pictures after I grouted them, so I'll post later. I'll be installing these in a wood frame 6" x 70" with the tiles encapsulated inside two sheets of glass, and full-length led tubes behind these tile inserts, as a cover; two wall switches for high (double row) and low; (single front row)

Looked great when used in mosiac fish, I had to make fish a little larger to fit size but it worked out perfectly. Looked just like scales and was easy to cut to fill holes. Fun to work with.
