Already opened product?
This makes me uncomfortable to use the product. There was no packaging around the container, and I am pretty sure the bottle was already open. There was a piece of masking tape holding the cover on. I won't be using this. Every time I buy it in store there is a protective wrapper around it.

The pump could not tighten and like other mentioned it was open
Mine came in the mail and about 1/3 of the product was spilt. The pump could not tighten and like other mentioned it was open. And is there suppose to be something under the cap to pull the product up into the cap? There was a smell to it and according to other reviews there should be no smell. I’m probably going to just throw this away because I don’t want to be putting anything on me that might be fake and make me break out. I want to give zero stars but it’s forcing me to give one just to write a review

Product is working well. Shaved areas are really smooth and very little to no irritation is happening. Looking forward to the time when the provider starts selling "Smooth Me" if that ever happens

Doesn't work. Faulty Packaging.
Doesn't work well and didn't come with a pump to get to the bottom of the container...or even the top of the container for that matter. When I first used it, it looked like it may have been helping the bumps, then by the end of the day the bumps would be even more inflamed and more of them than it was if I didn't use it.

Won't buy again
Missing straw to pump effectively. Had to tip product to get it out of the tube. Product was cloudy when I've used this before product was clear. I returned this.

Not sure real product
So far I just received the product and like a previous review it was not in any official packaging and only in a clear bag. I'm a little nervous to try as I did not want to encounter any issues, but I'll try and we'll see.

Ive used this twice already and tmi moment but i can at times get an ingrown hair and i hate picking at them because that only makes it worse. No other product has worked for me. I have used this twice and its already down in size and almost gone
