The moving device worked just fine but one of the guns did not work correctly. One worked okay but the other did work at all very disappointing for my grand daughter

Broken after first use
My daughter loves this gift we got her for Christmas. Unfortunately, the one gun was broken after she used it one time. Very disappointed her and my husband can’t play this together now.
