I love this teapot! It’s just the right size (3 cups); not too big, not too small. Also it’s not too heavy like the cast iron teapots; yet it’s sturdy. It has a great infuser with lots of tiny holes that gives great flavor without any leaves in your cup. Heat retention is great because the lid fits very well. It’s easy to pour and clean. The design is simple but beautiful and has a great color. I highly recommend it.

The perfect size for four cups (8oz) of tea (using tea bags). The spout creates a pretty pour.

I love this teapot. My beautiful iron Japanese pot with the raised dimples is nice to look at but dysfunctional in every way. This teapot is such a relief! No more dripping all over the bar, no more iron rust rings on every surface. This teapot has a very nice design and a four cup capacity (perfect for two large mugs of tea). It has a beautiful stainless steel insert. The lid fits snugly down and will not fall off even when inverted. I got lilac and it is so pretty to look at with an artistic roundness to it.

I love everything about this beautiful little pot except that it drips a lot when pouring. It really does need to have a dripless spout. It's a perfect shape, not too small and not too big, well balanced in the hand, has a handle that's the right size, the lid stays on snugly, and when preheated it holds the tea at a drinkable temperature for quite awhile. And the porcelain is a pretty white, soft but still bright. The strainer is perfect; not a speck of tea slips through. The brew is the best I've had. That drip, though. The reason it's a 4-star review instead of 5. Would I buy it again? Yes, along with a pretty napkin to hold against the spout for the spillage.

I’m so happy I purchased this. This is great for looseleaf tea. It makes a great pot of tea and I love the color. It brightens up my kitchen and it’s very cheerful and I definitely would recommend this.

This was to be a gift, but after a mishap with an other company, I returned to Sweese. I had gotten a larger pot a few years back & we've really liked it. I have quite a few friends & neighbors who drink tea & was planning on gifting this. But after opening it & checking it to make sure it was intact, I had to keep it. I will be buying more to replace the gift that didn't quite happen, but these are truly some of the best teapots I've owned. The lid doesn't always fit snuggly, but for the price? Great value. I like the fact that the lid & pot are ceramic. The tea filter is versatile, & easy to use with the handles. No burned fingers. 27 oz size is perfect for two people. These will make wonderful gifts!

It’s a nice little teapot that’s exactly what I was looking for to make tea. I just got it today and it was easy to clean. The metal steeper is good quality so I’m assuming this will suit me fine. The size is good because I’ll mostly be making tea for myself, though it will have enough room for a few guests as well. I will update this review after some usage. *update* 2 days of using it and its great. The included infuser is even better than I expected. There have been 0 tiny tea granules able to slip past the infuser. I'm using loose tea leaves. It stays warm for long enough for me to enjoy 2 cups of tea. I bring the teapot to my desk and refill as needed. However, the lid in the description says that the plastic gasket keeps the lid on tight... It does fit better when you have the metal infuser in the pot. When you take the infuser out (which you should do after 5-10 mins so your tea isn't bitter) the lid is very loose and you have to place it on top, so make sure to hold on to it when pouring. That isn't a deal breaker for me and its doing just fine, I like it.

Looks are great. Also, the strainer is great - very fine, so tea doesn't pass through. However, I find it always drips on the first pour. It also has a lip around the top opening, so it doesn't fully drain in the dishwasher. I always have to rinse it when I take it out of the dishwasher because water accumulates inside.

Keeps tea hot!

Great porcelain teapot - beautiful colour which suits my kitchen. Made a great cup of tea - had decided that using tea bags was not the way to go and this fits the bill perfectly.

It is broken. It is damaged when I received it. I want replacement or refund. The order delivery was delayed and it took 20 days to reach the product and that too damaged. I am so sad.
