So, I ordered this bag from uae and got it in 8 days . Today I received the product. And i am fully satisfied with the quality and product. Thanks. Amazon for providing us a great facility.

The product is damaged. I ordered it and using it for the first time since I ordered. The main zips are damaged, it’s not even closing. I had to travel today and now I don’t know how I am gonna carry my stuff, because this bag is completely useless.And the refund policy doesn’t make any sense to me.

Coat gets crumble bag and the bottom/base of the bag is not strong it just dangles not firm.

Purchased this for my husband. We were both shocked at how convenient this product is. Great for an overnight/weekend option. Looking forward to him using it and seeing how it holds up. Also very aesthetically pleasing. Beyond worth the price.

I submitted a request to refund as I feel the quality is not up to what I expected. I have not received a reply back from the seller in order to process the refund.

Easy to use, great capacity, esthetically very nice. Fits shoes perfectly in the side pocket I fit 3 pairs of shoes and there is still space.

Zippers look sturdy enough. You need some patience when assembling it back to duffel form. Perfect bag for short trips. Keep in mind to have this only as carry-on, because while it may survive normal handling, that might not be the case if you use this as checked luggage.UPDATE: Its the PERFECT size for a carry-on. just remember not to overstuff the top and tbe sides. It fits the airline sizing device snugly and was good on the overhead.

It’s a really nice bag - but it was too big to be a carry on item for the plane. This is why I bought it. Otherwise it’s a good travel bag.
