My wife has Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue so I'm always on the lookout for supplements that might help with her symptoms. She tried one before that worked well but the cost was prohibitive to keep buying them, when I saw these I hoped that they might help her to be more alert and have some energy at a lower price point.My wife has been using these for about three weeks so far, she started with just two a day as these are taken before eating and she only eats twice a day, lunch time and evening meal time. Taking just the two didn't seem to be helping so she increased that and started taking four a day, two before each of the two meals. This has been for the last two weeks and she does now seem to be more alert and she definitely has more energy.Time will tell just how well these are helping her in the long term but at the price that these are currently listed at, then at least they are affordable for constant use.Seem to be working and good value.Recommended.

There is a lot of goodness in this blend which helps with better digestion and curbing appetite and some of the ingredients are well studied ion terms of being effective in this. It's also more gentle than my normal weight-loss aid I take which has the addition of ACV and aloe in it and the main difference here is that these ones make me go to the bathroom a lot less, but I'm not sure they're quite as effective. On top of this I only have to take one of my other ones a day, but you need to take four of these. I'll stick to my others because of these reasons but certainly didn't have any negative side effects and would recommend if you're looking for a more gentle option.

Having to take 4 of these alongside everything else I take is a pain, but so far, they seem to have helped curb my appetite a little.I've found I want to snack less often which should *hopefully* result in a little weight loss over a long period of time, unless I increase my daily exercise which I don't want to do!Begin vegan is a great bonus in my household and at £12.99 for a month supply, they're not too expensive.

The best thing about this supplement is that it is relatively cheap for a weight loss supplement. Pretty flavourless as well. The worst thing, each serving is 4 capsules which ideally you'd have each with a meal, so realistically I guess you'd have 2 am and 2 pm. So even though the bottle states 120 apples, that's a tually only 30 days worth.All supplements are subjective and will vary from person to person but I didn't notice any effects from taking these for a month. I do cardio 5 times a week and I weight train 5 times a week, I didn't eat any worse or better, more or less whilst taking these. If your looking for a different "weight loss" supplement because you've tried others, feel free to try this one might be different for you. Did nothing for me though so won't continue taking them.

I've been taking these for a week now and have lost a bit but I'm not yet convinced that it is because of the supplements as I've been doing lots of other things too.The capsules have a very unpleasant smell about them but are easy to swallow and don't have any after taste.My major problem with these tablets is that 4 have to be taken each day which is a nuisance. They are fairly cheap compared to other options but I'm not going to carry on with them after the month unless I see something dramatic happening.

It is great that this is a vegan product. They have went for vegetarian capsules so therefore there are no nasty is like gelatin in it. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. The ingredients are all organic and an interesting mixture of herbs and spices. You get 120 capsules and if you stick to the recommended dosage of four daily each with meals then these will last you one month. At a price of just over a tenner they are fairly reasonably priced especially considering they went the extra mile to make them vegan. You get a nice long expiry date of almost 2 years from the time of purchase so plenty of time to use these.

Wow 4 a day think the wording is wrong as it’s says“4 capsules daily, each with a meal” think it means take one with every meal which makes more sense. So you have a months supply in one bottle.Been taking for a few days not really noticing a big difference but feel more upbeat and no longer increasing my weight in fact lost a pound ( but I have been more active).Ok price point for all natural ingredients.
