! I got these food coloring pens specifically to decorate the tops of macarons, and they worked perfectly! The colors are bright and show up really well, even on smooth surfaces. I was able to draw fine details, and as long as you let the ink dry for a bit, it doesn’t smear at all. Super easy to use, and they made my macarons look extra fun and creative. I’ll definitely keep using these for more baking projects!

I bought these to be used with my egg spinner to decorate Easter eggs. they are food colors, so safe for eating since they are on the outside shells of Easter eggs. the colors are bright and the tips are fine, so you get nice, sharp lines on the egg. i did not need wide tips so I did not need to get the 2-sided pens. These are a price performer for egg spin decorating. I do not know how well they would hold up for just normal marker coloring. I will buy them again next year when it's time to decorate our eggs with the egg spinner. kept kids busy for a long time !

I purchased these gourmet edible food grade ink coloring markers to decorate cookies with the grandchildren. I appreciate that they arrived with a tamper-proof seal on the outside of the box, both ends. The box is nice and this would be a fun gift, perhaps with a recipe for sugar cookies or a cake mix and frosting, something like that. Inside, the markers came in a handy plastic zip bag to keep the markers in when not in use. I love the bright, fun colors. They show up well, even when not on white frosting. The markers come to a fine point for writing and fine decorating, but can be used for larger areas with the side of the point. The grandkids and I had a blast decorating our cookies and will be using these again soon, maybe on Valentine's Day donuts for the parents. They worked exactly as they should with no smudging or running. Excellent product for a fair price!
