So many choices when looking for the right machine. I must have read 25 reviews and decided on this one for price and quality. So happy I didn’t go with a more expensive one. This was actually my second choice but the others couldn’t be delivered for two weeks and I could have this one at my door in two days. So easy to install and my house smells great! My house is about 2200 square feet in each floor. This product does a good job keeping my house smelling great on the main and basement level. I was afraid it wouldn’t be able to handle distribution through the house, so happy it does and I refill the bottle about every two weeks

I want everyone to know that this product is NOT worth the money. When I considered return I was told that I would have to pay all return fees at 30%. So I decided to keep. We set it up in the house and thearoma was nice. It was very expensive and i felt that it would probably last a couple of months. Today is day 5 and the bottle is totally empty. I can't afford to keep this or return. I would like for the owner of this company to insite me on how I should RESPOND TO THIS SITUATIOn.I returned this item today...

I wanted this machine so that I could eliminate the 5 separate diffusers that I have around the house. When It arrived, I was surprised at how much there was to program. Now, having programming options is great, but for my purposes, I really just want it to be as simple as the diffusers that I currently own. So, I started to read the instruction manual. Well, I really didn't because the writing is quite small for my 53-year-old eyes. So, I took pictures of each page for ease of reading.There are multiple time settings, that include how long the diffuser stays on and how long it is off. It cycles this way for the duration that you set. Then, you can set the fan speed. On high, the fan is loud and annoying if you have this in a common area. With the main door closed, you cannot see the display (I wish you could), you have to open the door to change settings and see the display. There is a tiny hole in the door so you can see that the device is powered on.After I had already diluted the fragrance, I read in the manual that you should not dilute the fragrance. I am using Bath and Body Works Wallflowers so it will take 5 or more to fill the container for this diffuser. When it worked, the smell was nice and I could smell it several hundred feet away. When this bottle is done, I will fill it with a pure fragrance and see if that extends the scent throughout the house.After setting my own times, the machine was coming on and shutting off, then starting again. So, I pressed Mode for 10 seconds to go back to the default settings. Now, I am sure it has not come on. Soooo, I am going to give it 24 hours and then dive back into the settings again.If you purchase this, once you get the settings figured out, it can save you time and money :)Oh and I did not hook this to my HVAC system for fear of mold/mildew. Not saying that is going to happen, I am just not comfortable with that right now However, it does come with everything needed if I decide to do it in the future and it's not hard to do either.

We’ve tried several diffusers including a popular and more expensive brand but this one is by far the best. It is has a smaller body but puts out more scent than the other bigger units we have tried. It has a sleek design and is quieter (with the fan off) probably because its shell is all metal unlike the plastic diffusers that make too much noise. We turned off the fan on the unit but is working just fine without the fan on. Just find a spot with proper airflow, and you'll be amazed how far the smell travels. We have set our diffuser under an AC vents in our living room and we can smell the amazing SPA like scent throughout our 2800 sq. ft. home, and everyone visiting has commented how great the house smells!Love that we can adjust the days, times and intervals of the scent release.
