It works very well, about 30 to 45 minutes before bed. Magnesium is extremely important for your overall health, so is sleep! Magnesium Glycinate being the one to help you get a restful night. Ensure no alcohol or coffee is taken at least 6 hours prior bed and this will nicely take you to met the Sandman in no time!

Ordered my first pack earlier last year and it was absolutely fantastic, life changing magic pill. Helped me with all the listed benefits: restless legs, sleep massively, pms symptoms (emotional), menstrual cramps, regular toilet business, overall emotional stability, focus and it goes on. I swore by it and kept (and will) recommending it to all my girlfriends. 5 star 10/10… but….Once I decided to stock up and ordered two big size packs, they arrived in a new packaging (which is humongous and half full but I decanted it to the old small pack and it was filled to the rim). The ingredient list reads the same except for the capsule itself, which shouldn’t affect anything. Yet they have stopped working completely. All that ease of live that I finally found just stopped. It is currently 6am btw and I haven’t slept.So Dear Inspiriko, please disclose if any changes were made to the formula or manufacturing process. There has been multiple mentions in the reviews by other people about the formula becoming ineffective. As much as I loved the product, it is hard to stay loyal when I am no longer receiving what was promised. I should hope that it is just a bad batch (however I believe that each batch should be tested for consistency).4 stars purely because i believe this product should be promoted and I sincerely hope that it will be amazing again so more people, and specifically women, can benefit from it.

Great product use this regularly

Repurchased a few times as one of the few I’ve seen a difference with my sleep. If I forget to take them my sleep isn’t as good. Definitely recommend.

Too early to say whether they work, however whatever you do, do not take before bedtime as some nutritionists suggest for better sleep, I tried this and was wide awake from 2am and could not sleep! I now take in the morning and sleep much better. Capsules are easy to swallow. Really like the ingredients, so looking forward to feeling the benefits soon.

I really do think that these have helped with my sleep. I feel more relaxed & definitely have a longer period of deep sleep. I take 2 a night about 30ish mins before I settle down. I’ll definitely buy them again, hopefully the price won’t change in the meantime as they were a decent price
