I was recommended to take this for some issues I was having and could not seem to fix. This had been the best supplement I’ve ever taken for my gut health. It does not upset your stomach and I feel like a new person!

i used this pretty regularly a coupleof years ago when i was having an issue with reflux. it relieved my reflux and after i finished the bottle, i stopped taking it. the reflux was gone. fast forward to a month ago when i started having more reflux. my fault. i wasn’t paying attention to how many acidy things were in my diet i.e. coffee, tea and tomato sauce. so i ordered another bottle. the price has increased substantially from when i took it before but i knew it had worked so i bit the bullet and ordered a bottle. and i’m happy to say that it helped again. i started out taking the recommended dose but have cut down to one pill a day once the reflux stopped. i understand that licorice root can cause high blood pressure when taken in large quantities (whatever that is), which is why i cut down to one daily tablet.if you have acid reflux this is worth a try. it’s not a miracle cure— not like you can eat pizza smothered with garlic every night without having issues with reflux, but it helped me be able to enjoy more foods with fewer issues.

This supplement is amazing! I can’t tell you how many things I’ve tried and didn’t work. So glad I found this.

This product is supposed to alleviate stomach ailments. I have had trouble with my stomach and gut for years. After reading the reviews I bought a bottle. After just a few days, I developed painful gas, bloating and difficulty moving my bowels. FYI AMAZON DOES NOT REFUND YOU, IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT.If I knew that I wouldn't have made the purchase. Now I have almost a full bottle of Thorne GI Relief that I can't use and I'm out $36.I won't be using Thorne Products any longer. I think AMAZON should make it clear when you make the purchase that it is non refundable!Tired of Amazon too. They became Deceiving and Dishonest .

I love Thorne products but this one did not help my reflux.
