Also, this issue comes up a lot: Yes, each bottle has a harvest date and best-by date. I realized how spoiled I am by this EVOO when they were out of stock and I had to buy another brand.I was blessed to have a local olive oil specialty shop that, sadly, closed. This olive oil is one I found after much research, which I did because of all the stories of fakes and other scandals in the olive oil world. The "certified organic" mark passed my first test, and it claimed to be the most-recent harvest, so I ordered some to try. It is fruity, but not too sweet. It is peppery, but not bitter. The freshness is very apparent from the taste. This is the best-quality olive oil for a reasonable price. I'm sorry that, as of now, it's not on Subscribe and Save, but I remember to buy it regularly anyway. I must add that at least one self-proclaimed rating-authenticity minder (Fakespot) gave this product's Amazon rating reliability an F, in large part because of "suspicious" repetition of words like "delicious" and "quality" in reviews. I have ordered several bottles and never have been offered a free or discounted bottle in exchange for a review or anything else. I assume this is an algorithm gone awry and it motivated me to post a positive review for a deserving product. I'll keep buying this delicious, quality olive oil as long as it is available.

I've been using Kirkland Signature olive oil organic. I just got in the Kasandrino. I did a side by side taste test. The main flavor was the same. The Kirland however had a much stronger taste and after I swallowed it, it kind of triggers my gag reflexes. Its not rancid and well within expiration date. The Kirkland is good for the money and I mainly used it on salads and making salad dressing out of it. I was not disappointed. I have only purchased store brands before Kirland. Kirkand was a big step up.Kasandrinos is a bit milder and it tastes good by the spoonful which I occasionally do being on a Keto diet. The price is double Kirklands but I really like the Kasandrinos better. I price difference is at my threshold but still worth it. I didn't know what I was missing. Great product and worth the extra cost. I like that it is family run business and single sourced too.

I'm an admitted beginner with high quality olive oil, having used the standard stuff in the grocery store forever. I heard a couple respected doctors (including my own) talking about olive oil having many health benefits, "IF you are using the right stuff". I started studying, reading and asking questions about the "right stuff". Finding a good source was a bit more difficult. This one came out on top, family heritage and ownership, US based family operation, the care and pride they take in their product, from growing, harvest, bottling and shipping. All information is available, location of product source, harvest date, bottled date and use by date. Price is as reasonable as any I found considering what I got for the money I spent. There is nothing about this to dislike!

It taste like olive oil. We don’t know if it’s the lowest in phalates as some testers have said. We can’t really know what’s good oil vs bad but it does taste like olive oil

This review is long overdue. I first tried Kasandrinos EVOO over 5 years ago and have been using it ever since. Up to that point I never cared for olive oil, it always tasted metallic to me. When I first tried KEVOO I was blown away. It was light and fresh with a hint of pepper and not a hint of metal taste. I couldn’t believe I had been avoiding olive oil my whole life due to my previous experience with cheap garbage, mass produced, adulterated factory oils. The veil of ignorance was lifted from my eyes and I have never looked back. My household now uses KEVOO pretty much daily (we use about 6 Liters a year). Sometimes when I have it out for a salad or cooking I will just have a tablespoon full straight, it’s that good! A small bottle will go with me to restaurants as well since you typically will get the cheapest junk mystery oil they can find. Don’t just take my word for it. Get this KEVOO for yourself and try it, I promise you will never look back.

I have already left a review on how much I love this oil and what a fantastic flavor it has, but I had to leave a second review because I recently discovered it is also great for use in body care products. I regularly make my own body butter which calls for a "light oil". It is a struggle finding an affordable sweet almond oil that is completely chemical-free. I was thrilled to discover that olive oil can be used as a "light oil" because I am completely comfortable with the Kasandrinos growing and extraction process. I made a batch of body butter with the olive oil and it was a success. I was hoping there wouldn't be a strong olive oil scent because I want to smell the essential oils I add to the mix. Nothing except a fresh, sweet lavender smell!!!

THIS IS THE BEST OLIVE OIL. I have finally found THE Olive oil. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this. I had done extensive research to find the best olive oil ( authentic , tasty, organic , pure) and I stumbled upon this brand on a bloggers website. I liked the fact that it can be traced back to a farm and that it’s super fresh. Other brands , even high quality , expensive ones, are not as fresh in terms of production date . This is truly the freshest. However , if the taste wasn’t amazing it would be a pass , but this is the best. It has changed my dishes. It took my pasta sauce to a new level and I typically cook pasta sauce 3 times a week. Have bought 4 bottles thus far .
