Beautiful book
I really enjoyed this special story with my children, who were also well engaged (ages 5 and 9) . They particularly loved the illustrations and the story plot , which was very straight-forward. Well done to the author!

Nice Story
It’s a cute book, simple for young kids to understand. It’s also illustrated nicely. The only issue is that there are several grammatical errors, such as sentences written in the wrong tense.

Great story
My 2 year old loved this and made me read it everyday in Ramadan before bed. Great little story and I can see her being interested in it for a few more years.

Really cute book
This is a really cute book to introduce Ramadan and Eid to kids.I was looking for something sweet to teach my daughter about kid. This explains it in a simple way without going too deep or too religious. It's more about the traditions and what happens during Ramadan and then eid.Definitely comes well recommended!

Watered-down story about Ramadan
A completely watered-down story about Ramadan. Begins with the little girl waking up to decorations and a "magnificent cake". The book is nicely illustrated but the story falls short on all fronts. There isn't a single mention of Allah, the Quran, salah or any reference to being Muslim or Islam. Decorations and gifts shown as a big part to appeal to the non-Muslim audience (I guess?). Not sure why the little girl wears a head scarf on the cover. I wouldn't recommend this book as an introduction to Ramadan for littles.
