They are lovely and sparkly. The end which you push into your hair does not have a soft end on it so it’s a bit scratchy. But they stay firm when in your hair xx

These hair grips are very pretty but I have a stone missing from one of the grips. It’s too much trouble and inconvenience to return them. I wish there was some sort of quality control who would check items before they get dispatched to check that items are sent out in perfect condition. The stone is not in the package so it must have fallen out after manufacture. I get sick and fed up of receiving things that are imperfect, is it too much to ask for products to get checked for faults before they get sent out?

Love em. Good quality. Don’t bend easily and grip hair. More attractive than normal hair grips.
