Worked first month of use.
Fell pregnant first cycle. Paired with ovulation tests and this conception cup used each time post sex. It is abit messy and my partner helped to secure it. Kept it in for 5 to 10mins and then pull it out in the shower. Easy clean as all silicone. If you are thinking of purchasing its about 35ÂŁ and it was LIFE changing for us. Our little one is now 5 months.Ovulation test used was the clearblue.

It worked! 🥰
I'm not someone who leaves many reviews but really feel like this is what "got the job done" for us & that anyone who is struggling to conceive should absolutely try this!!We are a same-sex couple using this as part of our home-insemination journey, just to give some context. We started in August 2021; ovulation testing etc. & admittedly it was more than I had anticipated so every month those pregnancy tests came back with only 1 line my heart broke... not only had it not worked again but I'd have to go through the whole process again. I'd tried a menstruation cup but couldn't get the damn thing to open up once inside & thought "there must be something else out there that is designed specifically for TTC" & then I saw this... the Fertilily Conception Cup. I did hover over it for a little while because of the price but decided it was worth the money if it worked & knew I had to give it a go; I'd run out of ideas on what else to try. I gave it a few dry runs so I could get used to getting it in place & opening it up once I'd got it where it needed to go which I'd definitely recommend. I found it MUCH easier than the menstrual cup I had previously tried. It's small & the rubber material is thin, very flexible & not at all as daunting as I'd expected. So, my fertile window in January 2022 we went again, but this time I had the Fertilily... & it worked!! January 25th 2022 I got my 2 lines & that BFP I'd been so desperate for! We tried every month between Aug & Jan & this was the only thing I changed on January's attempt so I wholeheartedly believe this is what made it happen for us. I am now 5.5 weeks away from giving birth to our son, unless he decides to make an early appearance, & cannot express just how pleased I am at taking a punt on this product. Sorry for the long review but really wanted to put our story out there for anyone who is losing hope on their own journey, like I was; to let them know it is possible & not to give up. Get this cup & try it... it's not difficult to use & could be the difference between naturally conceiving & having to spend thousands on fertility treatment. We were lucky & it worked 1st time but honestly, give it a chance. I really feel it made the difference & directly resulted in me becoming pregnant. Good luck xx

Not easy to use
This product is used to help keep sperm inside when trying to concieve.I followed the instructions, and even practiced several times before using it trying to concieve.I found this very hard to insert after the event, and think I lost most of the man juice in my attempt. although it did feel comfy enough when I finally got it in place. When trying to insert, it kept collapsing in half leaving a gap to one side as I could only use one finger on one side as the stem is in the middle, I tried 2 fingers but that was impossible to get it in far enough. Maybe I needed some help to get the right angles.Removing it was even harder, I couldn't seem to break the suction it formed inside me.Ideally you need to insert your thumb and forefinger in order to break the seal but there simply isn't enough room in there. I wouldn't recommend using the stem to remove for fear it would break and a trip to the hospital would be in order. The following day I was rather swollen inside probably from all the poking and prodding to insert and remove. This may work for some people, but I think I will stick to the conventional legs in the air approach.

Not very easy to use
I feel like this is a waste of money as it’s so difficult to insert up to an effective level, which is close to the cervix. I can only put it in superficially. I have got a medical background so I was hoping it would be quite straightforward to use, but I was wrong sadly.

Worth a Try
It’s a mess to insert but once inside v****a, you don’t feel a thing, it’s so comfy. I used it throughout my fertile window, so can’t comment on effectiveness but will update in 6 days. Removing cup was stress though. I was worried I might have to make a trip to A&E. I found that, the more you get anxious, it actually makes the removal tricky. I found a hack though. Lie on your back flat, knees bent, relax your pelvic muscles, breath deep in and out slowly. Start inserting your fingers as per instructions on tutorial. I mistakenly left mine in for over 6 hours, so the suction was a ba***d to release, but the relaxation breathing technique helped. Just hoping I don’t contract a UTI after it staying inside for so long.

Not so great
Didn’t work for us- 1 month of use.was extremely messy, was easy to insert the cup but couldn’t get it to flip the right way round and just got in a mess and probably had more leakage using it!definitely couldn’t have gotten up and walked around with it in, really couldn’t figure it out!
