It is better than any buds in this range if you get it under 3000₹ then it is good deal. Voice call quality is awesome and music sound is very good. It is app supported buds so you can change sound type as well.Charging is fast because of type C. Overall it is awesome buds. it is perfect practical buds for daily use.

Poor quality, stop working after few months

---Update: Less than 6 months in, and one of the earbuds has stopped working. I have been trying to take this to a service centre but the nearest one is 19 km away. I live on the outskirts of Delhi. Don't even know how troublesome this will be for people in smaller towns. Would recommend going for something with a little better service support. ---I have been using this pair of earphones for a few months now so here is my experience:1. The sound quality is excellent. You will get a very balanced sound output that is amazing for both regular audio (such as podcasts and videos) and music. There is no obnoxious bass however so if you're into that, this isn't the product for you. The bass too is nicely balanced and not too overwhelming. There is no noise cancellation, but if you have something playing in your ears, you won't be able to hear ambient noise. Once you stop the sound though, ambient noise becomes pretty much clear. There is no audio bleed which I LOVE. In my duration of use, I haven't experienced any dropped connections either.2. The earphones are extremely comfortable, allowing a full range of movement. I haven't tested how they fare with intense exercise, but they stay put while jogging. You can also wear them all day without any fatigue at all.3. Ok now to the negatives. There is no way to switch between paired devices. You have to manually disconnect from the device you were using to switch to a second device. It gets a bit annoying at times.4. The build quality isn't too good. The plastic lid is a little wobbly and not snappy as other earphones I have seen. Although the case looks good from afar, the moment you pick it up, you can tell it's kind of "not-premium".5. This is the most annoying thing in my opinion: You have to make sure that when you put your earbuds in the case, they are actually connected to the charging connectors in case. I don't even know how many times I have put my earbud into the case assuming that it will get charged, only to return hours later and discover that the connectors never actually connected and my earphone is still not charged. You have to wiggle it in its place till the charging light turns on before closing. Else you will be in for a rude surprise. The issue gets worse if you drop the case (would NOT recommend).Overall, I think it's a pretty good device for the price range. I certainly prefer the sound quality of this pair over something like a pair of one plus buds. If you're willing to put up with the little issues for the sound (which I would say you do if you're on a budget and are into good sound quality) then this will suit you just fine.

Connection: Super Quick & effortless.Fit: There are ear tips of three sizes in the box, I’m. using different tips for different ears as initially it felt a bitMusic quality: I don’t listen much using these, but I would say that the output is decent at this price, the sound (may be of music or any videos youtube etc.) does not pinches your eardrums & gives you a head ache like the cheaper once (or at the same price) might do to you.loose in one ear so I have put on a bigger tip and its good now.They fit snugly into the charging case and the magnetic properties ensure that they automatically cling on to the charging ports inside without you having to make any efforts, just bring them near the slots and they will slip in quickly & start charging. Can’t say much about the batteries, how long they last because I have never used them more than 30 minutes in a go, but I can count on Philips for that.Call quality: Not good for calling, if you use only one earplug the other person will not hear you and even if you are using both together the other person has a hard time comprehending you, so in order to have a clear communication I always have to hold one of the earplugs near my mouth as a Mic and one in the ear to listen, so don’t even think of buying these for calls. Even in a quiet place like a closed room I have to make an effort to speak a bit louder (while wearing both on ears) to get my message through. I'm using these with my laptop (just for listening and not calls or meetings). I would not recommend these for calls.Someone who listens to moderate beats/music for long durations might as well find them useful. They fail (and quite miserably) only in the calling criteria, rest everything is good about them. I had purchased them for light & spare usage for calls & meetings at work (to keep them in office all the time) & did not want to spend much while expecting them to work fairly for intended purpose. I had no intention to use them to listen to music while making this purchase.

Call quality is very low and even bass is not good as expected from philips, not worth. It's waste of money and for this cost thos kind of bass and call quality is not at all accepted. Do not buy this ear buds. Not worth

Just because it's a Philips products one cannot just accept a mediocre product always.Controls (touch) are primitiveMultiple Bluetooth cannot be connected even if Bluetooth is v5.2 !The case cover keeps on closing so quickly that getting the ear buds out is not very convenient.Sound is below average (except bass mode)Quality isn't too the levels of now "good Chinese brands"Not that Philips Audio too is Chinese now...Then why others give so many features and easy to use..

Os fones são muito bons, isolam bem os barulhos externos. Possuem 3 borrachinhas para adaptar os fones ao tamanho do ouvido, então consegui usar sem que eles caíssem (esse era meu maior medo ao usar fones sem fio, porque não conseguia correr usando os fones convencionais justamente por esse motivo). O alcance dele é bom, mas acho que poderia ser melhor (deixei o telefone carregando no quarto e não consegui continuar ouvindo música com ele na sala; há uma parede e aproximadamente 3 metros de distância entre o local onde o celular estava e onde eu tentei ficar). A bateria tem uma boa duração; consigo usar o carregador do meu celular android para recarregar os fones (e aí é menos um cabo para carregar na mala das férias). Eu não tinha encontrado informação sobre ser ou não possível conectá-los ao notebook nas especificações, mas consegui, então para mim esses fones só não são mais perfeitos porque o volume mínimo ainda é muito alto para usar para dormir, por exemplo. As vozes também ficam um pouco diferentes de quando eu ouvia música ou assistia a vídeos no youtube usando os convencionais, mas eu não me importo, então recomendo!!

Pouco mais de duas semanas usando o fone e posso dizer que pelo preço não encontrei pontos negativos, vou listar algumas coisas que acho importante.(Estou usando somente para treinar)- Qualidade do som com o Spotify é muito boa e com Soundcloud é ok, já que esse aplicativo não possui equalizador para ajustes.- O volume é bem alto pra mim. Não consigo ouvir acima de 50%.- Isola uns 85% dos ruídos externo, a música na academia é alta e mesmo assim o fone consegue isolar bem e entregar uma boa qualidade de som, também não consigo escutar as pessoas em volta.- Bateria tem boa durabilidade, carreguei por completo no máximo 3x com mais de 14 dias de uso.- O encaixe é bom, tanto para correr na esteira quanto para levantamento de peso, não houve queda.Atendeu perfeitamente a minha necessidade.

Ürünü 2023 kasım ayında aldım, 1-2 ay kadar sorunsuz kullandıktan sonra bir kulaklıktan sadece cızırtılı ses almaya başladım. Kısa bir süre sonra ise sağlam kulaklıktan da ses gitmeme sorunu yaşamaya başladım. Ürünün iade/değişimi için kulaklığı Philips yetkili servisine teslim ettim. 1-2 gün içerisinde değişim/iadesi uygundur şeklinde rapor geldi. Amazon'dan değişim talep ettim ve ürünü ancak 2024 temmuz ayında tekrar alabildim. Bunda da aynı sorunlarla karşılaştım ve benzer sürecin ardından ürünü iade etmek zorunda kaldım. Aldığım iki ürünün de arızalı olması tesadüf olmamalı, tavsiye etmiyorum.
