High quality product, stylish and keeps my coffee “hot” for a very long period! Better than many other similar products in the market.

Happy with it so far. Had it a few weeks and used it at work. I make a decent brew before work and its still piping hot 4/5 hours later. Takes just under 2 mugs full. The only down side i would say is it feels a bit chunky in the mouth.

Sleek, good looking and efficient: does exactly what’s required from an insulated mug.

I use this when travelling and in the office as it saves many wasted hot drinks. It keeps the drink hot for quite a while and it looks great too. I would certainly recommend this.

The king thermos is the best there is, have no doubt. Leak proof, stays hot for hours. I've just replaced my last one, which I've had for almost 5 years and using every week.. it lasts that long.

In itself this is a great product and really serves its purpose i.e. to keep liquid hot for a long period, and to fit neatly into a car cup holder. The downside is the appalling lack of customer support. When it was delivered it was found to be damaged with a large dent in the bottom which had removed the coloured coating. I contacted Customer Services to arrange a return and exchange. But NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY to several emails. Also do not try to get spares for the top of the range Thermos Travel Mugs. I have been trying for years to find a replacement seal for my other top of the range mug. Thermos themselves are simply NOT INTERESTED. All in all a very bad show and one which I for one will not be repeating EVER.

This thermos tumbler is amazing! It keeps my coffee hot for hours and my cold drinks chilled all day. The build quality is excellent, with a sturdy, leak-proof lid that prevents spills. I purchased 2 Thermos Kings (midnight blue) in 2010. These tumblers keep our coffee piping hot for at least 2 hours and reasonably drinkable for another 2-3 hours. They have never leaked in 14 years. The blue paint did start to chip after some time (I can't remember exactly when) but this did not impact the their usability and I continued to use them regularly. Earlier this week I started to look for relacements because the paint job was really starting to look uninviting. Before I bought new ones I decided to see if I could remove the blue paint and strip them down to the natural stainless steel. I soaked the tumblers in boiling water and 2/3 a cup of baking soda for 15 minutes and scrubbed off the remaining paint with steel wool (wear rubber gloves). It was an easy job and took about half an hour. The tumblers look new again in their native stainless steel. I actually prefer the natural stainless over the original blue color. These are well designed tumblers that just work. As long as you regularly clean the gaskets (a 2-3 minute job once a week) there is no reason why these tumblers will not last another few years. FYI, if they ever do develop a leak, you can buy replacement gaskets here on Amazon for about $10 (for a set of two). These are tremendous tumblers that work well and will last a very long time. I highly recommend them. PS: I've read a lot of complaints and some low ratings because the "open" and "close" signs on the lid are difficult to read. Here's a trick you can do in the dark...turn the knob to the first click, hold tumbler to your mouth, if coffee doesn't come out, it's in the closed position, TURN the dial one more time, the lid is open. Come on folks, this is not rocket science.

Only problem letters are not visible on the lid Also hard to open, when tight... Else good quality...
