Not cold - Hot cheese
Arrived warm and wouldn’t refund my money. Disgusting.

It is supposed to be refrigerated. Was not.
It came literally hot. The thermal box and the ice wasn't good enough to keep the cheese minimally cold. I had to trough it away for safety.

It doesn't come in a frozen package, unsafe to be used because you don't know for how long it took to arrive in your address
