A Great Little Pump That Is Very Versatile In Its Applications.
This utility pump is excellent for many different tasks. The great thing about it is that you can hook up a commonly found water hose directly to it, get an extension cord and your ready to go. A lot of larger sized sump pumps need larger pipe/hose and you will have to purchase those separately and make sure they are the right size. This one comes with everything you need to get it up and running. It has an 1-1/4" MNPT discharge, but comes with an adapter that will get you to 1". Then there is another that will further reduce the discharge to 3/4" Garden Hose. If you want maximum flow rates and you don't have to pump more than a few feet up then getting a larger discharge hose will increase flow significantly. But for most ordinary use whereby you don't need specific flow rates, such as pumping out a flooded area or moving water from one place to the next, then the garden hose works very well. The housing and impeller are thermoplastic, but the internal pump motor housing is stainless steel. I thin it is heavy duty enough for occasional use. If you want to run it 24/7 for perhaps say a waterfall, then you may want to invest in a more suitable pump specifically made for that. The motor runs at 3450 RPM and produces 1260 GPH (gallon per hour) at zero head pressure and maximum discharge size. It can pump up to 20 feet of head but will reduce flow rate to 0 GPH over that. It is a pretty linear flow rate chart. At 15' head it is 460 GPH. At 10' head it pumps around 660 GPH. At 5' head is is 1020 GPH.The cord is 10' in length which is pretty long to get you away from the water for plugging into an extension cord or receptacle. The handle on top is good for carrying it and has a cord notch to hold the end of the cord if you wind it around the pump for storage. Overall I'm pretty impressed with this little pump. If the flow rates are good enough for your intended usage then you may want to give this one a try. It comes in a small box a little larger than a shoe box. It weighs around 6 lbs. I am currently testing it in a strainer basket with gravel in the bottom of it. It will be pumping water from a small creek in our front yard to water our fruit trees and garden area. I know this not the idea pump for that. A foot valve and in-line pump would be better, but I'm just playing around with the versatility of this one to see what all it can do. It is lightweight enough and not much of a hassle to move around.

Use 1" outlet
Worked out well. I used this to drain out my ~18,000 gallon pool after Hurricane Irma left me without power for over 10 days and turned it into a swamp. I debated renting at a local rental store, but they wanted more for a 24 hour rental than the cost of this, sorry not going to throw away my money. At first I was a bit disappointed while I was using my garden hose, I was getting about 300 gallons per hour (tested with 5 gallon bucket and timer). But, then I had the idea of using some 1" PVC I had lying around and it jumped up to 1,800 gallons per hour. The attached picture shows the little rig job I did towards the end when I did not feel like going to the hardware store to buy more PVC. My advice is to make sure to use the 1" outlet, not a garden hose if doing a big job. Also, if you want to save some money then just use PVC.

Pump is extremely well built.
I had problems with flow initially. Thought for sure it was the pump but kept looking at the quality of construction which prompted further investigation. Turned out interior wall of my garden hose had failed and was blocking the line, have never seen that happen before. Replaced the hose and the pump worked excellent. Have been running for several weeks now without issue. Would definitely recommend as a workhorse!

Saved my flooded basement. Outstanding little pump.
Very pleased with this pump and Amazon. We had record rain yesterday. I ended up with 6+ inches of water in the basement. I ordered this pump in the afternoon and received it the next morning. It was suppost to be a 2day delivery. I couldn't be happier. Now for the ECO-FLO pump. It drained the basement in an hour. Small basement. I had a hose hooked to a drain that was up by the celling. It was for an old washing machine. About 15 feet of hose from the pump to the drain. All uphill. Worked without any problems. Now the dehumidifier is finishing the clean up.

Works better than I expected.
5 year update. 2023After many years of abuse the sump pump finally shorted, my bad.I usually pulled the pump out of the pond or Pool by the power cord. Eventually the waterproof bulkhead fitting leaked and shorted the motorMy 25 year old 1/6 HP Sears sump pump finally fell apart, mostly due to negligence. This pump is half the weight, same 1/6 HP rating.. Was not impressed.Well I've used it for many hours pumping out my pool and the flow rate was better than the old pump.. It wouldn't pump muck as well, but I'm not sure it was designed to that.Don't know how long it will last but plan on flushing it and storing it dry from now on.

Didn’t Even Last 10 Uses
This pump ended up breaking before I even used it 10 times over 4 years. I use it to descale my water heater and the last time I tried to use it, it started leaking oil and tripped the grid immediately. Nothing was plugging it up and now I’m worried about all this oily residue in my water heater. Avoid this pump.

Great pump. Powerful.
This pump is awesome. Similar pumps $96 in store so I waited a day for this one. Well worth it. Great product. Super powerful. Water comes out almost like house hose pressure. Could almost run a sprinkler off it. I used it to pump the water off my pool cover and the leaves and debris did not bother the pump.

Read below. Design flaw. 7/10.
Design flaw, IF YOU NEED THIS TO GET 90%+ water out of something this is is not for you. Regardless of the reservoir it’ll leave a decent amount of water, maybe an inch give or take. I didn’t want to buy another Mondi, but the price difference is clear now. This pump has great utility but just doesn’t fully drain. Mondi’s pressure sprayer outlet was located on the side (so it looks like your pump is peeing), this one shoots directly down towards the bottom of the pump causing air bubbles to go into the vacuum when the water level is getting lower, making it not pull vac because it’s getting a ton of bubbles+water. 7/10.

Works great, Well worth the Money
I purchased this pump to drain my above ground 12' pool. I was skeptical as it wasn't very much horsepower and since my pool had a bunch of leaves and twigs at the bottom, didn't know if it would work. I was extremely impressed. It emptied the water quickly, operates very quietly and so easy to use. I attached a garden hose to the top to drain the water , put it in the pool and plugged it in. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for an inexpensive pump to drain water.

Price for purposes
This product is super easy to use it for my irrigation lines and it pushes water through the tubes with ease. Wish it shipped sooner but due to covid I was understanding, product is well built not many cheap looking parts would recommend it for anyone looking to setup any drip irrigation or if you are looking to move large volumes of water.

Good light duty pump
I think I bought this about 5 years ago. it's broken now. mostly just used it for draining my pool and winter pool cover. I know everything is built crappy these days, but I thought it would last longer considering how little I use it. 4 stars because it was a descent price compared to others and it worked with no issues, until it didn't.

Great product
The ECO-FLO submersible worked like a charm. I had a flood in my backyard and this little pump worked wonders. It was quiet and powerful and really easy to use. I had no issues using it outdoors and in the cold.

The pump died in a few months
I got this pump on May 29, 2020 and it worked perfectly, at the end of August 2020 it stoped working, it's no longer pumping the water. Looks like the motor is dead. The Manufacturer was contacted and they sent me brand new pump (same model), which died after less than 2 months of usage. Not sure why this product got good reviews on Amazon
