My favorite Bible. I have my own, got this as a gift for family member. They were blown away by all the citations and helpful notes on each page, tons of historical context given for passages, the Catholic Church does such a great job with this. Great version and decently thick pages. My other Bible pages are super thin, so this copy is absolutely my go to for regular reading. Lovely. Shipped well in excellent condition no issues.

This has quickly become my favorite, go-to bible. I love the beautiful cover, its decoration and its leather-like feel. I love the maps and other illustrations that are within the text where you would want to see them, not stuck in the back where you have to flip back and forth. I love that there are actual pictures of places, which makes it so much easier to picture things in your mind. I like what I have read of the translation so far, and I think the footnotes are good as well. I want this to be 'my' bible from here on out I think, the one I really go back to and hang onto and maybe pass on. Great quality, great looks, readable text. Love it.

Love the feel, colour deep navy beautiful. Extra information included, rosary, prayers; Maps informative; Easy to read, lays flat, used a bible pen and have no issues with bleeding through. Learning scripture and understanding is really helping me enjoy my journey with the Lord.

A great teaching bible for my continued Catholic learning journey beyond RCIA! Perfect size that feels comfortable in your hands and the print makes for easy reading. I love the pictures throughout and the cross referencing as well. I am very pleased with this purchase that arrived fast, as described and in perfect condition!

Beautiful, well made with lots of extras that make this a great personal or gift option. My grandson loved it for his First Holy Communion gift.

I must say that I truly am impressed by the quality of this Bible. The paper quality for the visual pages feels premium. The text is beautifully presented in separated columns, the font large enough and the type is appealing to read. Word of Jesus Christ are in red. There is so much information included in this Bible on top of the scripture. I would recommend looking up a YT video or a detailed item description about it as there is so much included in this Bible. This Bible is of the New Catholic Bible translation (NCB). I'm not too familiar with this translation, but it is pleasant to read, I've compared it to a few other translations, some key verses etc. I would say that it is a very solid translation based on first impressions and comparison. I am greatly pleased with this purchase overall.

I purposely give this bible to the college graduates at our church. The beautiful cover, the gold etched pages, incredible graphics and the gift box. It’s a beautiful addition to your new “adult” life!!!

Absolutely love this bible. It has taken me a while to find a catholic bible that ticked all the boxes. It’s packed with additional information to help you learn and promote deeper thinking. Would highly recommend. Note: Some of the font is small, wished they had an option to select font sizes when purchasing but nothing a magnifying glass can’t resolve

This is officially a Catholic bible. It is an ideal size: you can hold it easily without first having to lift weights in order to develop your arm muscles. The pages are, to my mind, perfect: opaque, smooth to the touch, and sensibly laid out. The print is easy for me to read with my reading glasses, but I have to use glasses for anything I read. Yes the notes are a smaller font, but that font is a Bold font and very black. Most importantly the notes are wonderful, abundant enough to rival smaller study bibles -- but not so definitive as to make progress in your reading laboured. The translation itself is probably the best thing about this bible, inspiring and clear as a bell. I have many bibles, but this is the one I find myself choosing on a daily basis.

Loved: perfect size to hold and carry around, beautiful navy leather-like cover, the words of Christ in red, discreet tabs for the books of the Bible, study notes and the particular Catholic version. Disliked: the font is a bit small for my 65 year old eyes. LoL. However, I'm able to read it just fine with my glasses and good lighting. This is the best Bible I've ever bought. I'm so very happy with it.😊

I give 5 stars because of these reasons: readability, colour pattern, texture, quality, descriptions, picturizations, details and the quick prayers included in between the pages. I am greatly impressed and recommend it to anyone looking for a close-to-heart Catholic Edition of the Holy Bible.
