This metal vent is out last plastic ones common sold in big box stores
Quality piece that is made of polished stainless steel. Used this on a exhaust vent and installation was the reverse of taking old one off.

Cheap solution
I used this to add ventilation for a 3d printer. Easy to install and worth the money. Fists a 4 inch dryer hose. Careful the vents are sharp!
