It is difficult to measure the dimensions as it is very stretchy. It does fit over the generator we purchased which is the honda 6500.

Q: Do they make this model with holes for the folding handles?

I've never seen one with holes for handles... mine has the handles too, that might be handy if they did do that. I'm on the second one now, after 8 years in the truck bed winter and summer.
