I need to buy the remote control, my remote was stopped working and i need to buy a new one.Please let me know how to get new one please

I have this on a 12lb. Bruce anchor, and it works well. I really like the free fall feature when deploying the anchor. Seems to have plenty of power when retrieving.The remote works well for releasing and retrieving the anchor, but when the anchor gets into the anchor roller, it is very difficult to stop the winch in time. There is a delay that makes it hard to control . The anchor either loose in the bracket, or so tight it feels like something might break. The controls on the winch itself are perfect, and you can make the small adjustments needed. I am going to hard wire a control at the helm, eliminate the wireless control, and then this will be a great set-up.

i am 72yrs old and have bad shoulders, i was not sure about getting one of these, but turns out it is the best investment i could have made. have had this for several months and have used it on about 6 trips now. have had zero problems with it, works like a champ. also i bought the extended front bracket so the anchor would not hit my boat, the two work great together. i do a lot of saltwater fishing and some freshwater fishing. this winch is awesome. if it goes out on me, will get another.

It worked great until it didn’t. The drum that the rope winds on cracked into 3 pieces on mine and I don’t see how to get any replacement parts to get it going again. It really was a good unit although a little loud.

Item arrived and was missing the remote. Seller sent a new remote, which was great…BUTWe took the boat out and the whole winch broke on the first use. I contacted the seller again and haven’t heard back. This product isn’t cheap and in today’s economy, it stings to pay such a hefty price and have it break immediately. Look elsewhere for an anchor winch.*** UPDATE ***We did have the above issue with the winch but this seller came through and made it right! They ended up reaching out to me with quick and effective communication. They sent another winch and I can’t speak on the quality of this item yet BUT I am confident that if you buy this winch and something goes wrong, the seller will do their best to make it right. Very helpful.
