I read the description and watched videos about this product and decided to purchase one for my newly bought XBOX ONE S console. Well, it turned to be a worth investment, It came in a nice box and it looks very slim. Most importantly, it took just few minutes (~10 mins) to install on a dry wall, and my XBOX ONE S is now safely mounted!! It looks as if my XBOX ONE S console is pasted onto dry wall with a glue or something!!!This is a great product and i definitely recommend this!!

I bought this for the office I worked at since one of the Directors bought it for us to use, stream, have it setup for employees kids when they visit, etc. The installation was very easy and the brackets are extremely sturdy along with the controller mounts. It allows us to put everything neatly away so if a meeting does happen in that room it looks professional and clean. I will def buy one of these for my house in the future.

I bought 4 of these mounts in order to attach multiple XBoxes to the underside of my desk using the VESA mounting holes. It all worked out beautifully in the end, but not without a bit of planning and engineering.First, the good: these brackets are perfectly sized to securely hold an XBox One S console. Cutouts in the mount allow plenty of airflow to the xbox. Vertical mounting will work in either direction. And the VESA-pattern holes are a brilliant addition--that is what made my crazy desk-mounting solution possible, and is the detail that directly led to my purchase decision.Now, the not-so-good: I would not trust using the mount attached directly to the underside of a desk--not only is the lip that holds the console pretty minimal, but the VESA mounting holes are beveled into the thin sheet metal of the mount! You only get 2 of the 4 screws you need to use the VESA mount, and they're tapered so as to fit flush with the mount. In other words, the only thing holding your console would be a thin ring of the screw head against partial thickness of the mount!My desk mount solution, and bottom-line rating: To attach consoles to my desk I used a folding under-cabinet monitor mount with a generous weight-rating (the XBox is ~8lbs). I also used a quick-detach VESA adapter to connect the monitor mount to the HIDEit mount. The adapter allows me to easily remove my consoles and fold the mount up out of the way when I don't need the consoles there. And (*hint*, *hint*), if HIDEit makes a similar VESA-enabled mount for the XBox One X I'll be able to upgrade my setup in a snap.I could have easily removed a star for not providing all the hardware I needed for the mount, or for the questionable VESA solution (next time, how about some flat pan-head screws that provide plenty of purchase with minimal impact to clearance?). I chose to give the full 5 instead because there is no other mounting option that would have worked for me, and the HIDEit is a great product for more typical use cases.

Looks amazing and keeps the kids from touching it. Xbox one s works great behind the tv giving room on the dresser for other items. Next I will get the nentendo switch hide it mount

I bought this mount as soon as I heard the new XBOX S would support vertical standing. I like to keep everything (Apple TV, Roku, etc.) mounted on the wall, out of sight, behind my TV. As soon as I unboxed it, I knew it was going to be an easy install. Screws were included as well as anchors.I had a stud near where I wanted to install it, so I used two screws into the stud and used two anchors for the sheetrock. This install felt solid and the XBOX slid into position with ease. After everything was hooked up, it was a clean mount and did what I wanted, kept the XBOX out of sight, but functional.I think I'll be picking up one of HIDEit's controller mounts, soon.
