I took the product while travelling to oviod heat unfortunately it wasn' helpfull at all the fan is week the air is hot

Burrned
It burned will using around my neck. Battery problem and one fan was damaged when I receive it.

NOT SAFE! Device EXPLODED!
I ordered four. The first two that arrived. One of them exploded. Was meant for the kids. Started smoking. Put it outside and it exploded! Big explosion. NOT SAFE. Not talking a change on this product. Dangerous!
