It’s really a nice product I have been using this since 2/3 yrs on and off it helps me in managing weight management when I have regularly I have seen decrease in appetite it also solved my gut issues I don’t have sudden constipation abdomen cramps and all I am not good at eating salad so I regularly take this with warm water between meals it’s good I don’t like maltodextrin it has sugar

Best water soluble fiber
I have purchased nutrilite but it's costly. Tru native is also costly. And pro 360 is the cheapest of them all. All three ate the same. So go for it!

It's all show sha, as nothing gonna happen to your size. Nutriose/nutrifibre is just a psychological belief (same like ayush medicines)/placebo and people think that there blood sugar will get controlled/weight management will happen. If this product is prescribed by your dietician, then I would advice you to cross counsel your dietician and ask him/her to use this product.
