So far so good...it's easy to swallow, has no aftertaste, and works quickly! If I'm feeling bloated, or just out of sorts, this probiotic/prebiotic blend works very effectively to resolve the issue! Will definitely be re-ordering again.

Feel like sugarpills, didn't affect even bit no changes

I had gas problems since many years . No relief from the amount of treatments I took but these capsules are magic . I take it after meals. Never take probiotics with tea or coffee. My problem is under control from the very 1 st day I started consuming . Thanks Amazon and thanks to the seller

On paper this is a great buy. An all-natural, filler free probiotic and prebiotic pill. But it did not suit me. It exacerbated my mucus production. And though some tummy troubles are to be expected when you start on a probiotics regime, the uneasiness lasted past the 2nd week. So no thanks.
