Added the battery to my dog's collar and he is once again in and out of the garage at will.

Works the same as the ones that cost 2 for 7.99. I’d buy these over the others anytime

UPDATE: Their customer service is outstanding. Upon reading my review they reached out to me and made things right. I do not feel like it would be right to remove my review..... maybe I got a bad batch. If you buy these and have an issue they will make it right.I decided to try these to save a dollar and it is not worth it. 3 out of the pack worked and the rest were duds. They also do not hold up for more than a week for my dogs collar. The other brands I have used last 1-2 months.

Had issues with the product not working. I had left a review stating that. They reached out to me and sent a new set expedited at no cost to me and followed up to ensure they worked correctly. They did and I have had no issues. Will definitely be buying again.

I thought it was the batteries that didn’t work, but it was the system. Good customer service to resolve!

Unfortunately, this product ends up costing more than just spending the money on the original brand-name batteries. They don't last even half as long as the originals. They fall apart easily, with half of the battery just falling out of the collar with normal wear by our dogs. Very unimpressed. I learned my lesson by trying to save a couple bucks on batteries. I'll be ordering the PetSafe brand from now on.*Edit: I was contacted by the company and offered replacement batteries. I received the replacement and will be testing them when the ones I’m currently using die.

Bought these batteries instead of the Brand name ones by “Pet Safe” and they did not work! I Wasn’t sure if it was the batteries or not so I then purchased the Pet Safe brand ones and the collars worked fine after. . So it was the batteries.
