Excellent echo device.
Echo Show 10 is an excellent device. The picture quality is very good and the sound quality is simply superb! Only at times there are glitches as far as the screen rotation is concerned!I want to know regarding the screen panel.....it's LCD or LED?If someone knows then please let me know! It's not mentioned anywhere about this! Only it has been mentioned HD quality screen.

Product lacks basic features and is extremely slow
Product needs massive improvement as it lacks basic features of remote camera control(rotation), photo display,etc. It's extremely slow even with my giga optic fibre connection. The technical support team is highly incompetent. They are not aware of the basics and has issues with their communication skill.The technician Debashish reminds me of empty vessels make more noise is unsuitable to represent Amazon with such pathetic attitude.As of now the product is not worth INR 25K. Extremely disappointed. I was deliberately waiting for Astor but after talking with Debashish I will refrain from having any relationship with Amazon.

Echo Show upgrade
Very happy about the Amazon Echo Show upgrade. There is significant improvement in the audio and video quality compared to the previous generation. Alexa's speech recognition and response has always been awesome.

Interesting device but big fail…
One of the primary reasons for to buy this was the ability to have Zoom, Google Meet or Skype calls. Unfortunately this device doesn’t support it. No idea why echo show 8 (2nd Gen) machine supports it and this one doesn’t.Extremely disappointed with Amazon for this very serious lapse. The big screen advantage is getting wasted because of this limitation.The sound quality is quite good. Camera resolution is good too. Motion is somewhat patchy. Inspite of keeping the device on a stable surface it kept saying that it’s on unstable surface and that was the clumsiest part of the motion interface.I hope someone from Amazon Echo Show team tracks these reviews. It’s extremely important that all the video communication options like Zoom, Meet, Skype and Teams get enabled else it’s just another good speaker and screen.
