Great for foot and arch support and alignment
These shoe inserts are perfect for my athletic shoes. Very comfortable. I’ve used this brand before and they definitely help with my foot alignment. Just as good as high priced orthotics.

They work great for me!! Podiatrist recommended.
Good value for the money. Even though they are a bit expensive, my podiatrist recommended these and they really help my feet feel better. It has arch support, but more important for me, it has a raised firm area just behind and under the center of the ball of my foot that helps with the specific problem my feet have (you'd have to talk to my podiatrist). They cost significantly more than the less expensive model, but I think they have been worth the money. They are well made, easy to trim and insert, stay in place, and will probably last a long time. Now I just need to buy more for my other shoes.

4 Stars on Price - 5 Stars on the fact this has worked!
I spend far more time on my feet than I should, and about 5 years ago began developing a problem with a callous point on the ball of my foot at the neck/head of my 3rd metatarsal which would quickly go from painful to debilitating if I remained on my feet. Already using heavy duty professional inserts, having very high arches, and grinding off the callous every 10-15 days I still found no relief, until now. Purchased 2 months ago, and worn continuously ever since, and still on my feet 16-20 hours a day, I've not once had any further callous build-up, and no more pain! Now, you may read a number of reviews mentioning that the metatarsal pad of these inserts is in the wrong place, too high towards the arch and not under the ball. In looking at buyer photos and the ad it appeared to me that way, too, however it occurred to me that the placement of the extra pad was possibly not supposed to be added cushioning but instead worked by levering the mid metatarsals upwards a little so that pressure was spread more evenly over the entire width of the ball. Added cushion right on the point of pain would probably feel like an even bigger rock in my shoe and only make things worse. So I made the purchase and hoped for the best. Whether my theory was correct or it works on another basis, the important thing is that is has worked, incredibly well, where no other product I've tried had any effect at all. While I feel like they are over-priced, the results have been worth every penny. In reading reviews ahead of time, I also noticed a few comments mentioning the fit of this insert being more suited to a man's foot, and I can't help to answer this, as I am male and have a large foot, wearing US size 13 extra wide shoes.

Comfortable and support in the right spots.
I have used this brand of orthotics for years. First time for this model. I have Morton's Neuroma and first day I used these I worked out and did the treadmill. No pain. The extra arch support height takes a little getting used to, but they work.

Inserts fit the bill
Inserts work well.Transferable to other pairs of foot wear. The actual insert is very rugged and durable. My foot pain has responded well.

These Inserts are Good for Some Shoes, but Not Others
I purchased two pair of these inserts to use in various shoes. I have a pair of Hoka shoes I use mainly for walking. The inserts work very well in those shoes. The arch support is strong - which takes some pressure off of the ball of the foot. Since I have Metatarsalgia in my right foot, these inserts help a little with the pain.I also tried a pair in my Nike Zoom Pegasus running shoe. Unfortunately, the insert does not work well in those shoes. The shoes are already rather snug and with the insert they are almost impossible for my foot to fit even with the laces fully loosened. The shoe is very uncomfortable. I also tried the insert in my Nike cross training shoes. Again, they didn't work well. I found the lateral stability with these inserts is highly compromised - causing my foot to roll when there is strong lateral movement during exercise. In summary, these inserts work well in roomy shoes used for just walking but not well in snug shoes used for running or cross training. Although I purchased two pair of these inserts, I found only one pair of shoes that work well with them.

World of difference!
My husband and I both love these! The arch is high and molds to your foot, making great shoes even better.
