REALLY like this rug! I wasnt thrilled with the paw print when I ordered it but the reviews were so good that I decided to give it a try. I accidentally ordered the light color instead of the dark brown and with a black Lab - I wasnt sure how that would work out but so far her hair really isnt standing out on the rug. First of all the rug looks WAY better in person and the paw print is actually cute. It is VERY soft and comfortable and my dog likes to lay on it and keep her eye on things out of our sliding glass door which is where the rug is at. Lastly, we have definitely noticed a difference in the floors of what our dog tracks inside. It doesnt catch 100% but definitely catches enough for me to give it a 5 star. I will probably order another one in the dark brown color.

This rug works!! I have 3 German Shepherds, very little grass in my back yard and live in Missouri where is rains constantly in the spring which results in a lot of mud being tracked in every time my dogs go outside. This rug reduced the mud by 98%! Draw back is it doesn't fit under my door. I cant open my door if the rug is right at the back door, so I have a regular rug right at the door and then this rug far enough away to where I can open and close the door freely.

I ordered two of the large charcoal gray mats. I already have two gray ones, but have been unable to find the exact company I got them from about 3 years ago (yes, they really do last that long, which is why I wanted a couple more!) I ordered them on January 10 and they just arrived today, so quite a long wait. I was so disappointed when I opened the box because instead of charcoal gray, they look navy blue. I'm sending them back and trying to find a different company that actually has gray. So very disappointed. NOTE: My ratings are based on the two I already own, which are fabulous. They are perfect to put in front of a door or to put under my dog's water bowl. She's a Great Dane who drools a lot when she drinks, so need something absorbent and easy to clean. These chenille mats are simply perfect for that. However, my overall rating is for this company only and the fact that the color isn't at all as described and the fact that it took them so long to be delivered.

I purchased two of these absorber mats—one for my grooming salon, and the other for my home. I received these mats a week apart (one fulfilled by Amazon & the other by JBD), which was fine....my issue was the quality & safety of the mat—esp had concerns about the liability and danger this would cause by using it in my salon. They are not slip resistant and the paw print lacks detail (clean sewing) and is so faint it’s almost unrecognizable. My other big issue was that my 2nd mat, fulfilled by JBD, was not the correct mat. I purchased this mat on sale, however, and the only option offered was to return for a refund. I would have to repurchase this item again, but at full price. I contacted the seller to inquire about a return and replace option, and/or any other solution that wouldn’t result in me paying a higher price for this error. They never responded.

I love this rug! We have 4 dogs and this rug is a lifesaver! It basically stops muddy and wet paws in their tracks, literally with them just walking in the door and stepping on the rug one time! I'm trying to get another charcoal colored one for our other door but it's still unavailable. Ugh. Anyway, I can't say enough great things about these rugs! Even my Mom bought one after seeing how amazing mine works! They're very cute too and hold up great in the washing machine multiple times!

I like the rug, and it washed up well. (If you have a front loading washer be sure to put the spin cycle on high to get all that water out.) But I wasn't crazy about the paw print pattern, which is only really visible in a well lit area and from certain angles. Otherwise it is hidden by the pile and sometimes just looks like it has white stuff on it. I think a solid color would be better. It is not non-slip.. it moves around when I walk on it though my dog has no problem.

I swear by these rugs. The first one I bought when we were full time RVing. We moved to Oregon. On the coast and 6' of rain per year, I had water issues plus a dog and husband who never took off his shoes. We moved into a house and I bought another one. I got a red one this time. This is right when you walk in. They work great. They trap water and even all the pine needles we get. I just shake it out and lay it back down. I bought two of the large ones and they are great, and heavy. I bought a smaller one for the back slider door we hardly use. I need one more because I want every door to have one.

(Please see video) The smaller rug is NOT THIS BRAND and doesn't move at all (included as a comparison). The runner, which IS this brand, moves at the slightest touch & the stitching was coming apart right out of box.I will be returning this.

So I had to come back and re-review this item after a very incident with my Boxer/Bulldog. Stepped out for no more than 10 minutes only to come in and find he was gagging. He had managed to work loose one of the string loops of the carpet and chewed and chewed. We ended up removing almost 2 feet of the string from his mouth. While this was a great product in that in was as advertised, this is not worth my dog choking.

This is a great mat! We use it at our trailer and have used it for many things. We mostly use it as a mat for outside the trailer before coming in and have a smaller one for just inside the trailer. We bought it originally for the dog to lie on but he prefers the dirt. We have used it to dry him off if he’s wet before coming into the trailer and we also use it to place items on when driving with the trailer. It is non slip and works great keeping items we store in the trailer while driving from sliding around.

very good doggie paw matt; we have 80% beige carpet floor coverage in our house, dirty paws are a big thing here. the matt if placed far enough from the door can capture the first few steps from our pooches. our bigger pooch (German Shepherd Husky mix at 80+ lbs) has a long stride; his paws are dirt magnets even after wiping them, so catching each paw on a stride is important. the matt is a good quality; haven't laundered them yet, but for the price would have been nice if they were bigger, other than that very happy with the purchases (we bought 2 Medium 31 x 20 inch)

It’s nice and comfy for the dogs, however it slides all over the place when the dogs play (no grip at all) and it absorbs great - so much so that when we washed it, it got so heavy it almost broke my washing machine. I had to let it air dry for hours before I could put it in the dryer.

Good mat for cleaning off your boots or shoes when coming in from outside with your pet. however, I find the mat is too small. I am using it at my patio door for the back yard for when the dog goes in and out of the house. I think if it gets about 1 foot wider and 1 foot longer, it might be a 5 star. but it definitely does pick up all the dirt and debris when walking over it coming in from outside. washing in the laundry machine once a week so far is holding up great.
