The media could not be loaded. If you are a coffee lover then you need to definitely buy this..Writing after using this for more then 90 days and everyone loves the taste.. we are a hardcore filter coffee drunkers and wanted to try something different and found this new addition for the coffee addiction.Using tips: Make sure the metal filter plate is placed properly and not moving.Coffee grounds has to be finer and it should not be pressed or leveled too much..Use a fork to kae it more porous and break of any lumps..Use hot water in the bottom chamber and keep on medium to low heat and remove it as soon u see more light water flow coming at the end.Enjoy your moka Black coffeeeeeee

Not working as expected!
The media could not be loaded. I have a similar product which works very well. We thought of having another as, at times the present one is in the wash and hence not ready for use. Sadly the product did not meet my expectations. Now this product comes as a replacement. Hence hoping the replacement piece works well. Failing which it would be a waste of money and bad experience from both the supplier and amazon.Details of the defect are belowThe coffee filter is leaking from all sides. in the bargain, You get only half or less of the filter coffee as against the water that you pour in the container below.The coffee is not flowing out but comes in spurts & spluttersTime taken is too long. Hence the coffee has a burnt smell instead of fresh coffee smell

Perfect coffee!
It is very easy to use. If we use this I am sure everyone in the house & near the house will be tempted for our coffee as the aroma from this filter is so strong. This gives the perfect tasty coffee.The inner plate becoming shapeless when kept in high flame. So I just pour boiling hot water & keep in low flame. Within 5-10mts decoction is ready!
