Fantastic!!!
I bought this tamanu oil in an attempt to treat the rash on my face that appears every now and again. I searched for “psoriasis/excema” treatments and tamanu oil popped up, something I had no idea about. So I read the reviews which were awesome and decided to purchase it (another brand, a 1 ounce bottle for $15). Yes, it’s a strange greenish color and it initially has a very strong scent but this dissipates quickly. Nothing I had tried up to this point had made the slightest difference. So I applied the tamanu oil to the affected areas (3 small angry red flaky patches) at bedtime. The first morning, I definitely noticed that there was much less redness and when I washed my face, much of the flakiness disappeared. I used the tamanu oil every night for a week and the “rash” totally disappeared. Then I read that it’s also amazing for scars and for smoothing texture. So I’ve been using it nightly even though the strange rash was gone. I used up the 1 ounce bottle in about a month but in the meantime, I’d found this ArtNaturals 4 ounce size so I ordered it. It’s just as amazing as the first one I tried and even though it’s a much larger bottle, it was actually less expensive. I will say that in tandem with the oil at night, I’ve been using a Chinese homeopathic cream for excema/psoriasis and that has made a big difference as well. I apply the cream after washing my face in the evening and let it soak in for a while and then just before bed, I apply the tamanu oil to my entire face, including the under eye area and eyelids (I have quite a bit of texture on the latter). I’ve been using tamanu oil for about 3 months and I can definitely see a difference in my skin. It’s smoother, less oily but also well hydrated. When this strange rash appeared I stopped using Retin A, which I was applying every other night for more than a year. However, I noticed very little improvement in my skin. I now know that some people simply do not respond to this prescription medication and apparently I’m one. I’ve been using rosehip oil around my eyes (including the lid) for almost 3 years and this area has improved so much it’s almost miraculous. Rosehip oil is also good for scars just like tamanu oil. And both oils are inexpensive but honestly the results have been much more impressive than Retin A or any of the extremely pricey creams I’ve tried. I do alternate between an AHA gel and the Laniege Sleeping Mask ($25 on Sephora) as the first step. Both are gels and dry very quickly and then I apply the tamanu and rosehip oils. This means that there are only 3 simple steps at night, which is great because I’m often extremely tired in the evening, which is why I didn’t bother to wash my face at night for a long time. But about 5 years ago I started devoting myself to nightly cleansing and trying to get my skin as healthy and glowing as possible. Yes, I fell for advertising and for some dermatologist’s expensive recommendations, but truthfully, I’ve had better results with the 2 gels and the 2 oils. Now my daughter in law is using tamanu oil too. She has very dry skin and some acne scars and I’m hoping her results will be as good as mine are. Even though I’ve had oily skin for my entire life (I’m close to 60 now), it’s now perfectly balance, thanks to the rosehip and tamanu oils. Now I can wear sheerer foundation and don’t have to blot the oil/repowder every few hours. Even my husband noticed that my skin is much smoother with no redness and whatever the angry red flaky patches were, they have disappeared and have not returned.

Great for MANY uses
I have FINALLY purchased me some tea tree oil!! I'm so glad that I have gotten the chance to try it because the only essential oil that I was using is Peppermint Oil because I like how it made my scalp feel. However, I saw that tea tree oil is good to use for psoriasis and my auntie have psoriasis so I decided to make a she butter psoriasis cream for her to use on her body instead of lotion. I have been using this tea tree oil specifically on my face to help my acne and prevent it, I must say I REALLY like the way my face feel and look when I finish applying it on my face with my African black soap suds. While I'm in the shower the 1st thing I do is wet my face under the running water and then start scrubbing it with a piece of Raw African Black Soap, while those suds are still on my face I get my tea tree oil in my glass dropper and drop about 3 drops on my face where my forehead and cheeks are. Then I continue to massage it in all over my face with the soap suds from the African black soap and I feel my face tingling kin of burning but it's bearable. The smell is STRONG so I have to be careful with how many drops I apply on my face because it do sting a little bit but I know it's opening those pores on my face to get in & work its magic. Once I put my face back under the running shower water it relieves the burning sensation and I just let my face air dry while washing the rest of my entire body in the shower. This helped me SO GOOD after 1 use that I couldn't believe how good my face looked and felt because I normally just use my African black soap then apply my bentonite clay face mask and let that sit for 20 minutes; I normally don't need no moisturizer once my face have been cleaned because I have oily skin but there are a few times when I see my face peeling around my nose or just dry looking as if it's irritated so I apply my Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Brightening & Toning moisturizer to my face. However, with applying the tea tree oil to my face while massaging it with the soap suds of the RanAfrican Black Soap I don't need to use anything else when my face is done drying because it has already had oil applied to it to moisturize my face. I am very glad that I decided to make this purchase from ArtNaturals because a lot of other companies don't have a glass dropper to come with their essential oils so this was a good buy cause you can control how much you need or want to use. Long as this tea tree oil keep killing the bacteria on my face to wipe out my acne, it will continue to be a staple essential oil in my household to use for that and MANY other things. I had ordered the Peppermint oil as well from ArtNaturals but it didn't arrive in a small box like the tea tree oil did, however it was wrapped with bubble wrap for the entire bottle though. The tea tree oil came in a small white box that had an expiration date on it & a lot number; when I opened it I saw bible wrap only around the glass dropper cause the tea tree oil had the regular cap on the bottle instead of the glass dropper.

Artnaturals Lemongrass
ArtNaturals lemongrass has a good scent. The essential oil has a thicker oily consistency about it that coats the inside of a nebulizer diffuser. The oily consistency makes it easy to utilize straight onto the skin.
