Arrived on time. Directions were clear and easy to follow. Worked great and solved my problem.

Got the grill back running in about 10 minutes. Easy fix.

Exact fit with a weather gasket. Very easy to install, just tie a string to the old one and fish it through. My Pit Boss vertical smoker would always get the error 4p1 even when it was new. I could never set it over 275 without having to unplug it and restart after the error code. This sensor allowed the grill to stay on on high for over 30 minutes! I can finally use my smoker. Great product

It fit and works for sure

Worked perfectly and took care of the ERL code my pitboss series 5 vertical pellet smoker was showing. Easy install probably took me about and hour to do.

I turned on my pit boss PBV5PW1 and the starting temp. was 230. I was getting the error code ERH after only a few minutes. I wasn’t sure if the controller had gone bad. So I first started by cleaning the probe, I had never replaced it. That didn’t work so I bought this one and it immediately started working beautifully for $12. I was back up and running. It was not the controller.

I was able to install this quite easily abd the grill runs bu shows the wrong temperature at about 30 to 40 degrees differently. Pittboss claims that only their part is accurate, but mailing here in Hawaii is an issue. I think the part hastrouble getting a signal at times for more pellets to be added.

I ordered a new RTD for my Pit Boss pellet smoker. It was the right replacement part and worked perfectly.
