There is no smell and it does not upset your stomach. The size of the canister is bigger than expected so nice value/ I don’t think it suppresses appetite but that is not what it’s for or pain relief. This is an essential protein building block that I take for muscle maintenance and recovery as I am 58 years old and lift weights. I use it as I’m sure at my age my body is depleted some with it even though I eat 1 gram of protein for my body weight.

Works great my only complaint is the taste! I just can’t get used to it! I tried mixing into just about everything but I can still taste it. It does dissolve completely when you mix it though. No smell and comes with a scoop so that’s handy! I definitely prefer the capsules but I purchased for a great price so I can’t complain too much! Good product!

My fault thinking I was buying same size as before. However, this is a rip off. For $7 more you can get double the amount still sold by Nutricost. No idea why Nutricost would gouge customers for half the product, less packaging, and less shipping. Just not ok.
