Bought this AC unit for our son who is a ranger for the NPS. It’s been a very hot summer even for the mountain west. However this unit was clutch for making conditions right in his cabin. It would easily cool down his cabin within minutes of coming home and turning it on (with these old cabins w old wiring he dared not leave it on and unattended during the day) despite his cabin being in full afternoon sun, he was quite comfortable in the evenings. It also purified the air and made for a better environment for his allergies. It was easy to install and very efficient to use. In his words, it was a game changer” for his summer experience.

Live in Southeast United States where the temperature in the spring and summer ranges from 80s- 100s. Use this AC to add some additional coolness to my bedroom without cooling the entire apartment. Very easy to set up, and was able to get up and running within 15 min of delivery. Have been using every day for about a month. It is a little louder, but I typically sleep with a white noise machine and this fits right in. This is a smaller unit, so only feedback that I have is that you need to ensure that it continuously runs throughout the day if there is no secondary AC unit. Central AC went out about a week ago for a day and apartment got to the high 80s. Did not have this portable AC unit on and it took it a couple hours to fully cool my bedroom ( door closed and vents sealed while central AC was out) from high 80s to high 60s.

It works great and cools my small bedroom within minutes. But it stopped working after 2 years, and when it was put on cool mode, it would only cool for a few minutes before automatically switching back to fan mode. I almost bought a new one, but researched that cleaning the inside of the unit, and getting rid of the layers of dust, could help it cool again. Customer service did not help me which was frustrating, and it was very hard to take off the back. I unscrewed everything but then had to force the back to come off and broke it a little bit. But once I cleaned the whole backside and air filters of dust, it works amazing again! Clean it first before seeing if you need to get a new one.

I replaced my old 9,000 BTU portable A/C with this one. It was well packaged, delivered on time, was easy to unpack, and very easy to install. The rollers are sturdy, and I was able to move it into place easily, using the handle at the top on the back to guide it. It cooled my large living room quickly on high speed, then has maintained the temperature I set on low speed, which is pretty quiet. The remote came with batteries, and also works well. Very happy with this purchase!

We bought this product twice. The first time in April, 2023 and the second time in June 2023. The one we bought in June has been used in our living room and up until now, it has worked amazing. No issues. Well, unfortunately today, that all changed. If we try to use the cool setting, it will automatically turn off after 1 minute with the error code “E5” on the little display. I read through the manual and nowhere does it mention the E5 Error code. I cleaned the little filters to see if maybe that would help solve the issue but no luck. It works just fine on the fan setting but not the cooling setting. Another review (From July 2024) mentioned this error code as well. They said they had to contact customer service and after struggling to get in contact, they were told that they don’t know what it means and that they just need to replace the entire unit. I just contacted support and I’m waiting to hear back, hopefully with better news than that customer received. If I get told how to fix this or they offer to replace our unit, I’ll update my review and let y’all know. As of right now though, I’m highly disappointed. When we ordered this, we paid $340. As of right now, this is not worth $340. We’ve only had this a year.

I bought this because my bedroom is warm and I cannot sleep in a hot room. I needed to cool it off at night only and I did not want a window unit. It was fairly east to get it set up to run. One problem I had was the sliding piece that sits in the window was way too long so I had to get creative to get to use it. Love the remote. noise: it’s loud but I do not mind it as I use fan to sleep. It gets really cold! (Which is good). I have had it a few months with no issue. Make sure you have a large bucket or something for the draining hose. Overall I would recommend. It was a good purchase!

This little baby got me through a rough summer with no air! I honestly thought I was screwed because we have crank out windows and it seems like most units cater to double hungs. Thank goodness for the Velcro window cover kit that comes with this! The only thing I will say is to get some window screen and put it over the hose so buggies won’t come in through the unit. Other than that, purrrrrrrfection!

So I'm using this to piggy back my main AC to keep my small living room cold for my pets while at work. My main AC can barely keep the one bedroom apartment at 80F at peak 110F temperature. The air out of the unit is very cold. But it just blows straight. You need to run another fan to actually circulate the air.With my main AC and this we got our living room temperature down to 78F just 2 degrees and my living room is not even 300 sqft. I went to a hardware store to buy stuff to seal the window because it only came with the plastic plate for the window and no actual seals.There was a lot of heat coming out of the tube so I just covered it with a towel.Overall I don't think it's a 10000 BTU AC and the 6.6 ceer rating is really bad after doing some research higher ceer is better and most units have 15 or 14 ceer ratings.Hope this review helps because they don't even have a spot to ask for questions here. Should've been my first red flag also I've seen maybe the same unit cheaper on their website with actual specifications and only says 300sqft and 6000BTUs so maybe false advertising here.
