Q: Has anyone found information on how to clean this vest?

Cold wash,gentle. Limited detergent. Hang to dry. Fluff on no heat. Wash with a couple of towels as well as fluff with a couple of towels and a few dryer balls. Do Not Use Fabric Softner!

Q: For those of you who bought the size medium, would you say the size chart provided is fairly accurate? i'm concerned the medium would be too loose.

I think the sizing is off also. Mine was pretty small. I typically wear an XL. Ordered an XXL.. ways small

I believe this is made in China. Happy with item but arrived with awful chemical smell. Better but not perfect after washing and airing pout.
