I really like these so far. I wasn’t sure it would be easy to keep my Aida pulled tight, but I haven’t had any issues. I like holding the square one a little better a than the hoop and I like that I have to move it around less since most of my patters are square/rectangle shape.The only downside is I have to use a phillips head screwdriver to tighten it because it’s not easy to hand tighten

These do not have any ridge to hold material taunt. They are too flexible and will distort when trying to pull and set crossstitch. To be fair, I did not use it on thicker quilting which it may work for. For crossstitch, look elsewhere. The shape is needed, and I would love it if they had a way to keep material taunt.

I liked the design idea but it wouldn’t hold the fabric. The hoop kept popping off and would stay in place. Ended up returning them.

Doesn’t seem to keep the material tight in the frame. Screw to tighten extremely hard to do so will need a screwdriver.I wouldn’t recommend if you have any issues with hand dexterity as that screw constantly needs tightening.

What to say? I’m not impressed. The canvas get deformed a lot, too heavy hoops, doesn’t tighten well or you struggle a lot to tighten it. I am going back to wood hoops more easier to handle than this.

Very disappointed with this item, they were very flimsy, couldn’t get top ring on over material.
