I had this leash for less than 30 days before the clasp broke. The return policy on the product description says exactly the following:100% Quality Warranty: Your satisfaction is our first priority, we take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT OR FULL REFUND with 90days; If you encounter any problem while using, never hesitate to send email to us and we will make it all right for you.However, when I try to return it for a refund, I'm told that the refund window has closed.

Everything was fine but over the last month I've noticed the part the clips to the dog started being tougher to open and close. Today I looked down and saw that my dog just wasn't on it anymore as the two pieces had come apart and the spring in that part was visible. I'd have hoped it would last a bit longer than 5.5 months

Initially I was disappointed with the order due to come minor hiccups (wrong color and error in shipping address), and the vendor reached out to me as soon as I made a comment... I gave them 1 star, and can't change it now. I would have edited to 4 based on the emails I received.The product after a few walks is actually really good. The color no longer bothers me because the function out weighs the fashion.I recommend the seller due to their customer support (it exists) and recommend the leash for it's quality.

I bought the elite spanker and Icefang versions of this leash in coyote brown (originally because the elite spanker was out of stock). The colors are almost identical, so it will match nicely with my German shepherds harness from Icefang. The clasp on the elite spanker version seems less durable than the icefang one. It feels lighter, cheaper and it catches when trying to close it (see photo). I worry that it won't fully close and will slip off his collar/harness. The bottom loop (closest to the clasp) on the elite spanker one is way bigger than the icefang leash. I like that you can adjust the elite spanker leash length with the caribeaner that comes with it. If the clasp worked smoother and closed fully properly, I would give this leash 5 stars but due to that, it could use some improvement.

Excellent high quality bungee leash. I paired it with a non-stretch black belt to use as a hands free waist leash. Works perfect. The bungee is fantastic for preventing shock from pulling. I also paired it with a harness (pictured) to further reduce the shock of husky pulling! This makes is so much easier to start teaching her commands to stop her desire to pull.
