Amazing product! I bought this for my mother who is on blood thinners and she has used it several times. For her, the slightest scratch can cause her to bleed without being able to stop it. This product does what it says and stops the bleeding for her every time. You can cut it to size easily and it has just the right amount of stickiness to stay in place but still be removable. It is easy for my elderly mother to use on her own and is definitely worth the money.

Works fast and very good quality. Packets are large size so good for big and small wounds. A must for keeping on hand for family members on blood thinners.

I was a sceptic, but it works great. I sliced my thumb open when a glass that I was holding broke. Of course, it was Thanksgiving day. Options were a hospital emergency room ($$$) or nothing. I couldn't get the bleeding to stop. I was getting ready to bite the bullet and go to the emergency room when I remember that I had bought this product several months ago and threw it in the trunk of my car. The cut was bad enough that I didn't sprinkle the product on my thumb, but instead, I opened the bag and stuck my thumb in the pouch and then just held the pouch tight around my thumb. The bleeding was completely stopped in a couple of minutes. Just leave the Bleed Stop in the wound. It does not stop it from healing. I washed off the excess the next day. No doubt my thumb needed stitches, but not at what an emergency room would cost. Great product and preforms exactly as advertised. Definitely a must have in any first aid kit and especially when hiking.

I’m a former EMT, and I’ve used my fair share of bleeding-control tools. This stuff works — fast, clean, and easy to apply. Had a small cut at home and it clotted almost instantly. Perfect for first-aid kits, camping, or just being prepared. If you want professional-level bleeding control without the fuss, this is it.

After buy this I wasn’t getting hurt as often and the people around me ended up needed it more. So I was basically handing these out like they were sticks of bubble gum. Would you like one? They were able to stop the bleeding, quality was good I didn’t hear too many screams, the design comes in handy, and was also the right size to get the job done. Yes I would recommend this to others and also repurchase them when I need to. They make great stocking stuff for adults. Something easy to add to Birthday and Christmas cards. You can hand them out at sporting events, bars, or even social gatherings. It was a great idea and not many people remember it.

Must have for your first aid kit/ medicine cabinet. Works as advertised. I cut the tip of my thumb while cooking and couldn’t get it to stop bleeding, even with pressure and bandaids and with liquid bandaid it kept bleeding through. Put this on it and immediately clotted. Stayed sealed and didn’t burn like the liquid bandaid does. Highly recommend.

I purchased a box in December 2024 and its expiry date is August 2030 (I doubt it gets better than this) * It is FDA cleared as a hemostatic powder and is approved for moderate to severe bleeding, including nosebleeds. It is also cleared as safe to leave in the wound and for use by those on blood thinners, or who experience prolonged bleeding * It states that it's non-cauterizing, non-stinging, hypoallergenic, and safe to use on children and sensitive areas * It is made from a proprietary, plant-based formula to accelerate clot formation Caveat: It is not approved for severe arterial bleeding, therefore; in cases as these, it's essential to seek emergency medical care by either calling 911 or attending an ER, immediately! * It's easy to use.... just pour powder on the wound, cover with a gauze dressing or bandage and apply firm pressure * This product is well worth having in your first-aid kit. You never know ... when keeping one or two of these large pouches in your car, purse and/or camping gear, it could potentially save a life. * It is used in both hospitals and by paramedics I can't imagine ever regretting the purchase of this product; especially at the excellent price Amazon offered it, during one of its sales. I wish I knew of it sooner.
