Simply doesn't work
Got this brand new today. Installed included drivers on a Windows 10 PC. Tried to print a test page, as the instructions indicate, and nothing printed.I can see the print job show up in the print queue, but it is nearly instantaneously removed. The status changes to "Spooling" and "Printing" in the blink of an eye, then the print job is gone. But nothing prints. The labels feed fine. The indicator light is solid (no error blinking). The physical product itself seems well-built and in immaculate condition.I've uninstalled, reinstalled, tried driver from their site, tried different ports, etc. Nothing works.I've submitted a support request on their website. We'll see if I get any help. If I do, I'll update this. But for now, I cannot recommend this product.Steer clear of this product.

Satisfied!
Easy installation and immediate use! Bought this printer for custom labels for my work. I use word and excel for creating the labels.

Easy to use , will pay for itself in short time if you ship often
Works just fine. Very easy. No more printer cartridges, Yay!The only NOT easy part: I ship orders via USPS Clik n Ship, and didn’t realize the way they send you multiple pdf’s via download of your labels is 2 different labels to a page, printed horizontally. Stupid. So you need to take snapshots of each label, on my Mac air using built in Adobe, include some border on your capture , rotate it to vertical. Press print, adjust printer settings to the Label range printer and paper size of 4 x 6, and you’re good to print. An extra couple steps, but once you do a few labels it’s easy. Better than standing in line in the post office. And btw - USPS - how about a simple change on your part to print labels individually , and change the position to vertical!

Game Changer!
This has been a total game changer for me. No more taping labels to boxes. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars versus 5 is that my laptop would not recognize it as a printer when I was setting it up and had to have someone do it for me and they said it was not an easy fix. It works great though and is semi portable.
