Works well unlike many other supplements which has only fillers

It works, when my mother takes 2 capsules a day, not works in single capsule. It's Vitamin D3 quantity is low -600 I.U. Earlier My mother used another Supplement Bone Pro in which D3 quantity is 2000 I.U. for exact daily quantity consumption. It's should be better if quantity is increased. In description it's doesn't shown that for how many months we have to take this or lifetime?. Because when capsules are taken it's feels good, but when we stops, again weakness started. It will be better if price are little bit less and also with B12 availablity. Then it's should be a complete package for best supplements.👍

The formula should contain equal parts magnesium and calcium as per common wisdom as to dosage. However, you could always take additional magnesium needs be.

The capsules are too huge to swallow. Some times it causes pain as it goes down the throat.
