I have given 5 star rating to this book because each and everything written in this book is 100% true and I have personally experienced it in my life...I am student of Asha mam since last 2 years and have been following her diet and exercise tips till now...One best thing which I had personally experienced is that whatever weight I had reduced with the help of asha mama here, it didn't bounce back and increased till now...so it's a permanent weight loss and you will get a disciplined life once you join Asha mam...so I would highly recommend this class to those people who are really serious about keeping themselves fit and healthy and stay young forever in their life...
